    Always great to see another Hobocyclist video! Thanks for producing such great content, its really inspiring! Are you already on another adventure? That's a lot of rain! We have the frozen variety here right now but I'm planning on hopefully trying a small local adventure when things defrost. Have a happy holiday season and Merry Christmas if you celebrate!

      Cheers! Very much appreciate the support! I'm working on producing content and more video, it all starts with ideas on paper and trying to figure out what people like to watch the most- that's why getting your comments is so helpful! I'll be on some more adventures for sure here this summer, but its been raining here a lot ,almost tropical rains. Getting my head down to work is the plan. Thanks again for helping make my work possible

    Awesome video! So incredible how you break down the bikes!
    I have been using a little alcohol burner instead, I don’t have a gas thing. My first camp I had a tarp that I strung up on a guy line, and thirty minutes later it rained for eight hours straight, so I sat under the tarp drinking coffee till it passed. I recommend using some guy lines with a tarp and learning a few knots. Guy lines are cheap and light weight.

    So what is the brand of your bike? And what is your opinion about comparing between Dahon suv D6 vs tilt 900 ?
    🌹thanks🌹

    • @hobocyclist
      @hobocyclist  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks mate! My bike is a "Sonar" brand that I got second hand from a sailor (I bought 2 in very rusty condition and cleaned them up). Interesting to compare these bikes, the dahon has a luggage carrier which is always handy, however the Btwin rates highly too bit.ly/3YNzgFF Both are aluminium frame, so should be light and they are very similar. Have you compared the Zizzo Forte? Its another very similar bike amzn.to/3VploOX

    I don't know about all this, Andy. I think I'd just pay the extra fare instead of going through all that disassembly/ reassembly even though I'm frugal. I guess I'm just too lazy. It's not for everybody. Fold the bike, put it in the bag with the tools and stuff and bam, over.

    • @hobocyclist
      @hobocyclist  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Fair enough. It never even occurred to me to pay extra, I mean you could take a full size bike too if you go that route. How much is the extra charge?

    • @SteffiReitsch
      @SteffiReitsch ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@hobocyclist I don't know. After removing the pedals, I put my 20'' Dahon in an unmarked bike bag and told them it was a wheel chair. I didn't pay extra. I've only done it one time and it was a domestic flight. Maybe I got lucky. Whatever.
