I actually remember seeing the first ad for the Odyssey in a magazine waiting for my mom at the beauty shop. I was about seven years old, and it blew my mind. “Play games on your TV!” A very clear memory.
Amazing retro stuff locked in a storage unit. Let's hear from you in your next video if there was some stuff you wanted for your collection. That Lara Croft jacket was cool.😇👍
He definitely got in there early with a lot of that stuff. I have a friend who was one of the 1st importers from Japan in 1987, by 1990 he packed it in lol. I Can only imagine what his stock would be worth these days. Some of that stuff you're friend has there predates my console years I started in 1994.
@@TheGebs24 Yeah! I once sold my collection and then eventually felt really bad about it, so I'm missing games for it. The Bandai Wonderswan (Swan Color and then Swan Crystal) is an amazing system and where some of the enhanced ports for gba came from. Like the Final Fantasy I/II/III/IV ports! It once at an e3 was shown with a cable connecting it to a ps2, when they considered releasing the console in the USA! :)
Wow. very impressive retro games and toys, several examples of the Magnavox Odyssey is amazing, the first home videogame console :) From RMC channel, got the impression that the Computer Space was the first arcade video game, so if there is one before it, I need to study some more about videogame history. Those old Nintendo toys is also great to see. What an treasure storage unit :)
What an interesting video. I never knew Nintendo was so into its guns, a far cry from today's Nintendo. That PlayStation briefcase is awesome. Imagine if you had that going round to a friend's house, a briefcase of fun. At 1:56, I did wonder why you superimposed your nose and mouth on the door at the end of the corridor but then worked out it was for the transition where the software must have mistaken the doors as "bluescreen." It gave me a snigger anyway when I noticed, lol. Anyway, fantastic video and thank you very much for all you do.
What an incredible unit. Some wild stuff in there! I had that Smart Com Game Boy PDA. It was awful but I thought it made me somewhat of a business man... 🤓
U grew up and just have a switch and ps5 in yr living room😆 maybe two shelves, either side, of yr tv. of yr fav games. Least u will be looked after, in yr 80s😀
Were you a prison guard ? I bet you saw some things in your time….. great vid btw cool stuff and loved the part where you stammered and pulled you face lol had to rewind and pause it 🤣👌👍
that Playstation case also has French text inside, my guess is that is not a Dutch item but rather a Belgian one. as part of Belgium also speaks French. it could have also been used in both The Netherlands and Belgium though.

Great seeing all of these items, but really sad that they are all locked away in a storage unit.
Ooh, I love finding stuff like this.
The Tomb Raider Of Retro 👍
Love the idea of the Game Boy Camera photo project! It'd be cool to see the photo collection, a small snap shot in time
We wanted more of the Dutch Sales Woman! 😆😆😆
