@@marlenejones6266 I have another video coming soon about varnishing the clay, if you are wanting resin for resin crafts too then that’s an option, but all the bits and bobs that go along with it can really add the cost up, so if just for using with clay, I’d go with a varnish of sorts. Hiya, I have a question.. I'm a bit anxious about this so it would be really helpful if you would respond.. I got this air dry clay that comes in two separate parts, an epoxy resin base and a hardener and you have to mix those two before using. Can you tell me if this is safe to use? I'm just a bit paranoid. Thank you so much for your time ❤️
Hi, sounds like you have a modelling compound. It cures as it is a resin base, so not the typical air dry clay. It’s a great product and safe to use, I’d wear gloves and work outside if possible for maximum ventilation. It dries rock hard so very durable and water resistant. It doesn’t shrink and crack like air dry clay so this is a bonus. It’s just normally quite a bit more expensive than crafters air dry clay. Best of luck with it, just enjoy it and let me know how you get on. Sarah
@@RedRockingBird That sounds lovely, I'm just normally a bit paranoid😅 the one I got wasn't actually expensive, even less than the other air dry clay brands. Could that depend on where you're from?
