She makes so much sense and knows exactly what and how to say that will awaken our Spirits and minds and make us really THINK. Thank you Shivaniji for helping me CHANGE MY ways and Get my Emotional Health Healed before I go out helping people Again. Something I never was aware that has made me so ill. I have been Emotionally I'll from childhood but was never aware that was causing me to be so sick all my life. Besides my Birth Physical health Challenges. Both impacted my whole life. My Caregiving Role landed me in even Worse Situation because I was Caregiving 2 family members who too were very Emotionally Sick. So all 3 Relationships suffered Bitterly. I wish I had known you long ago in my life and learnt from your Teaching. But it's never to late to start. I am going to do my very best to Practice what I am learning from your Teaching.

If we can't attend meditation teaching, how do we learn the right way to meditate?

I wrote what I wanted to say to God regarding my life before I had a real understanding or knowledge of Life. I was living feeling like the most special person. growing up with so much dysfunction, while expressing Art. Using Art to heal. Today I am walking very slowly. My empathetic soul is comforting me I am listening to my heart my brain and my stomach. I have always let my conscience guide me. Now I am caring for myself.
