Fellow Portuguese here!! Super psyched for Porto vs Benfica. Would love to see Luke on Porto and Dad on Benfica. Benfica have a slight monetary advantage from Porto, so its more of a challenge for Luke, but it would probably be more close than Barca and Real. Super psyched once again!!!!

Loved the prep from Omega Dad (we all do it😂) Future games maybe: Arsenal vs Spurs, PSG vs Real Madrid in a battle of the big budgets, Inter Vs Ac Milan, both play relegation candidates in a league with similar budgets and have a last man standing competition?
Idea though to keep it fair:
1 point for League cups/other (Carabao, DFB Pokal, European champions cup etc)
3 for a league title
4 for a champions league?

Hey Luke, maybe u should have a look in rebuilding Beerschot, from antwerp belgium. Theyve had a lot of financial problems troughout the years and a lot of history behind it. Theyve been promoted 3 years ago and sat top of the league at christmas only to lose their coach and fall down to even get relegated the next season. What makes this all worse is the fact that Antwerp, their city rivals have just won the double in Belgium for the first time in a long while
I thought the United vs would take some beating but this one was absolutely brilliant! Hats off, as always guys and well done Dad! 1-1 now on the vs episodes! So much scope with this format to do some more great content 👏

As always chaps thoroughly entertaining, nice to see ODad get the win 😂 highly impressed OLuke winning the champs first season though you might edge it in the last season but the money Odad spent on building the team was great just eluded that champs win. What about liverpool tho that was insane how many finals!!! If you guys do the Portuguese league man that is gonna be a real fight. Here's a weird suggestion if y'all really run out of ideas: Al-Hilal (the Saudi team Messi turned down) vs. Inter Miami (update roster to include Messi and Jordi Alba if he joins, too). You can do a different Saudi team if you'd rather have Ronaldo or Benzema or what not. Both teams get a lot to spend, but the Saudi team gets more. Main challenge is to see who can bring their entire league reputation up higher. I suppose their respective (much less glamorous) CONCACAF and AFC Champions Leagues should be goals, too.

Absolutely amazing that you are going to do Portugal next! Love that!
I would say that there are no huge differences between the 2 clubs, but the main thing might be the money situation. Benfica clearly has more funds and will be easier to attract some good players with their financial strength. They also have a few wonderkids that can already start (Antonio Silva, Henrique Araujo, Schjelderup), mixed with high rated players in their squad. Porto needs a bit more of a thinking hat on, in terms of planning medium to long term, and you can't go and splash cash around in ready made players, but they also have a few great players ready to perform (Diogo Costa, Evanilson, Veron) to hold on to a season or 2 and capitalize in terms of results, as well as profit wise in the future. So this might be another Real vs Barcelona situation, which means I advise to give Benfica to Omega Dad and Luke gets Porto.

To make it even more cheeky, I recommend go and raid Sporting, they have the best youth setup in the country and a lot of great talent laying around that they don't take advantage a lot of the times. I have a save that I started with a team in the 4th tier of Portugal and, being in my 4th year, I arrived at the top league and managed to get Chermiti on loan from them. Although he was still a bench warmer there, in his first season with me playing first team football for the first time in his career, he scored 60+ goals.
