I cleared the video interview (2ns stage) it lasted about 20 mins 45 seconds to prepare. The questions were about strategies that you use to manage a team. Would you prefer a diverse team. Why Barclay's and tell me about yourself and what would you do if someone didn't agree with you how would you persuade them to agree with you.
