Excellent drills and i purchased one of your courses. I have a question though when you are talking about the grip that we do not change the grip isn’t why the left hand is there holding the racquet in the early stages of the preparation depending on the ball?

The best teacher by far…thanks ! Each time , even if i’m watching plenty nice guy, i’m coming back to you to learn. To really learn. The last time was about forehand . I did exactly what you said. Amazing ..so powerful without effort.. it’s hard to relax but it’s working so well.i never undestood what happening exactly whith the wrist during contact whith the ball, and how to create spin whithout given the key of the situation to the wrist.and now i understand. All that to say that it’s very generous from people like you to give us so much.
on contact with the one hand backhand..crucial point. Now it’ clear.

2.8k likes. No dislikes. #Brilliant explained each progression step by step and used analogies that were easy to understand and implement! Taught us different ways of thinking about the backhand that aren't usually taught in other videos and then showed us how to put it all into motion with examples! #Brilliant!

Dear Coach .. I believe what you have shared is a very common mistake by coaches .. breaking the parts down n making repetition is very effective .. tQ for sharing.
I like the last part best i.e. finding the best racket face angle upon hitting the ball.
    Success to you coach
