And when the merchant said about he hired an expert to appraised Xianyun's mechanical collections, the first person that I thought must be Zhongli and it was became true. I couldn't stop my laugh 😂

So a human could become a sort of "Adeptus", like Qiqi for example, and use Adeptal techniques, but that doesn't mean they can be granted Adpetal powers just because of the title or become full-fledged Adeptus. Qiqi is a very special case, since the Adepti weren't even meaning to make her an Adeptus. And then you've Shenhe's case: she's a master of Adepti's techniques, lives with them, feels more "Adeptus" than Ganyu and even more than Yanfei, yet she's still a human. If someone were to be turned Adeptus by Zhongli (since they know each other), that would be her.

Ningguang and Shenhe are not normal Humans.
