First vlog!! Zoe Rae X My Protein Move Club | Lhea Terzaki

AHH First vlog! Had such an amazing time at the move club with the girls and honestly can not wait for many more.
I am super excited to share this as my first vlog on the channel, a little scary as it feels weird videoing my life rather than speaking on a podcast but i'm loving it.
The day really threw it right back to my class days as a PT and I can't lie. I loved every minute! Seeing the guys smash it and see what they truly can do was incredible.
