❤ I just loved this sweet home renovation for what seems like a very loving beautiful deserving family bringing so much joy to so many people Ben& Erin Napier ❤ You Two Rock!! Keep on Keeping on.......Southern Love ❤...
I think they put the side door on wrong. The opening is in the corner which makes it hard to access and the door swings INTO the traffic instead of into the corner. Did they fix this? Huge mistake for function.
Waiting for a home by you with a soak pit / roof top rain water harvesting also solar panels. Would be interesting to see how you tie those elements togetherness as well
The „end“ look is for the show, but the homeowner can buy if their budget allows, what they like… Erin tries to use the homeowners own furniture and objects… plus those custom pieces are usually already planned into the budget … lots of the furnishings and finishing stuff are offered to the owners for a discount according to some interview I read a bit back….
@@shihalya @5:23 Ben mentions here about savaging. In another video, I heard one owner mention in her new house "There's my grandfathers desk" pointing to it under a window. So yes, makes sense and which makes this a home and not a flip project.
I agree, too much going on, but that may be my preference, which is a simpler color palette, especially in smaller homes. But the way the rooms were reconfigured is very nice.
Love Ben's interpretation of what little girls look/sound like sitting on their beds in their rooms - too sweet!
You can actually see the difference. Amazing transformation. Great job! 🙌🙌
What an adorable house. Only thing cuter is Ben and Erin together 😍

Yes, it is really a very simple, practical style but just enough unique touches.

I was thinking the same thing.
I love both of your personalities.

Who has a pantry that looks like that when you open the door? Lol!
?? This is unusual for a reno that the dining room and kitchen are separated from each other. I guess they couldn't knock that wall down.
it's cute how the designer thinks the exterior is modern 😂
Is d interior staged or those furnitures, paintings & fixtures r permanent?

Mettete i sotto titoli in italiano, io l'inglese non lo capisco, grazie
I don't like this one....to many weird colors together.
I had to go back and watch the video again. Are you specifically talking about the lime green-ish pillows with the pastel pink and blue on the couch?

Ben you need a hard hat
