I feel so stupid for even asking this however we learn everyday hence I have gathered the courage to ask this question.
What exactly is a blocked account . Ok I am a South African does this mean money that I have saved in my bank account? I use FNB bank what are the steps to get a blocked account is there a specific bank you use or any back has an option of blocking an account.
I dont know if I make sense how do I get a blocked account?
