We all geeking out over a 2000 chevy Silverado. It's because you remember seeing them EVERYWHERE. Someone you know almost always had one of these, or their dads/uncles. So seeing this vehicle in the game, even if it's stock af, it's gonna illicit a "nostalgic" feeling. I for one, love it.
Honestly I mostly prefer and use these cars here, which are more "generic" or whatever rather than a supercar or such. No wonder I used a car like the Rancher XL a lot in the game, and I will love to buy the W124 too.

Picking up my gta generic silverado today
Call me weird, but I enjoy these regular-looking cars more than concept cars or supercars. Something about them just feels "grounded" and imo more fun to drive around.
-Also I'm 99% sure this is a GTA 6 vehicle that they just backported.-
Edit: Someone explained that it wouldn't make sense to backport vehicles from a development standpoint. It makes more sense to create a car for GTA Online, and then improve the model if it's going to be in GTA 6.

personally wish they had done the GMT400 since I'm a 90's kid and currently own 2 of them, I see the 800's all the time but they are usually clapped out in my area

It’s honestly surprising this truck wasn’t in GTA since day one considering how prolific they are. Imo it should’ve been one of the three OG npc trucks. The Sadler, the Bison and the Yosemite.

DCA im not sure you know the truck community because this is what we've been wanting. Rockstar did drop the ball however on the Customization to this truck, definitely could have had more options to it like the Yosemite (roll pan, bed cap/cover, a proper looking roll cage for the bed, rusty livery to match the junk in the bed and maybe could have done a slam option with the suspension like the tuner cars [camber but just low])
Good to see I am not the only one that hits a dozen things on first drive of a new vehicle. Thanks a ton on continued great vids.

Damn, this kinda sucks because it has the doors in the back that open backwards, it could have been a 4 door but I guess Rockstar decided that making the back doors open backwards so people can get in was too complicated for them 😂
