Crème Chantilly is, if made correctly, whipped cream with sugar& vanilla. The real vanilla. Not superficial aroma.

I ate lunch there before Christmas 2018. It's worth it for $29. The hotel gave me $100 for buffets. There is dim sum section too. I loved the food there.

The Wicked Spoon is on the list for the next trip to Vegas. I love the variety and the way the food is next level gourmet at this location. I would pay the 50 bucks, no problem.

We went to the Wicked Spoon in November, loved it. The food was outstanding. It's one of our favorite buffets. Our other favorite was Bacchanal at Caesars Palace. Great reviews as always Derek.

When I was in Vegas last month, the cab driver from the airport to the hotel said his favorite buffet is the Wicket Spoon. I even showed your video to my family, because of the cab driver.

A very nice review. The videoing was really sharp. I had brunch at the Wicked Spoon when I was in Vegas over Christmas. I was impressed by the taste and quality of the food. The only let down was the prime rib which was a little tough.

Ate there April 3rd for breakfast. Very unique, like the individual servings. Not a fan of the bone marrow, but love the angry wings and macncheese. Overall great experience.
I ate many times at Wicked Spoon and like it a lot, more than any other places.

Wicked Spoon is definitely our favorite place to eat in Vegas. We've never had Bacchanal due to the absurd prices and excessive waits, but hear the food is good. We'll probably try Aria this spring when we go using our myvegas loyalty points.

Looks like a great buffet! If you get there like you did for brunch and pay the brunch price before dinner food comes out I assume you sort of get the dinner food at that cheaper price? Does it work that way for Bacchanal too?

My favorite Thai place in Las Vegas is Le Thai on Fremont Street.

I don't want to be negative but I have never found "authentic" Thai food outside Thailand... Thais seem happy to adapt their cuisine to local tastes, and often don't employ Thai cooks... unlike Japanese, for example.
"Le Thai" sounds Cambodian/Vietnamese...
The mini pastas actually looked pretty good.

This looks great. Love their small plates of high quality offerings. Charcuterie, not "deli meats" and antipasto looks good. You need butter with the crab.

Went to the Wicked Spoon for my 50th birthday earlier this month and the food was nothing like the youtube videos. We waited for over an hour, there was little choice, and what there was, was cold. What a shame - I had high hopes for it

Got the chance to try the Wicked Spoon about 2 months ago and unfortunately wasn’t as lucky. Got there around 7:45 pm on a Monday and felt the food was a little off. A lot of my plates were cold. The carving station had beef ribs and they were very tough. Also, the service wasn’t great and I really wanted to have enjoyed the place! I did enjoy the frog legs and a grits with shrimp combination. Otherwise the experience wasn’t worth the money. 😑! Btw amazing video as always!

Finally ate here for first time on Saturday December 22. Holiday Dinner price was $53 but i paid $11 after my $42 Comp. I played in their high limit room for over 1 year but finally met a nice person in Vip office that would give me a Comp. Asked for Holstein Burger but when i found out they will give me $42 i asked for the Buffet. Arriving about 8:40 PM there was No Line at all. Employee said big line was at 8 PM.
Many Fancy culinary dishes like Alligator Risotto & Boar's meat pasta... The Prime Rib was best i ever had ! Grilling it just 1 minute was still very medium or red but tasted Great ! Fancy deserts were pretty good but not the best.
Looks to be up there for sure. If I would have seen some prime rib...i'd be a fan! I'm sure it likely is there at dinner (along with hot crab legs..not a fan of cold on ice) I did miss your tasting and throwing chicken wings around...kidding! :)

I'm always curious, as I haven't been to Vegas yet, what do people want on their buffet for $50? Golden Corral is up to $18(?) a person you want to talk cheap and nasty, but here's a very nice looking buffet with really decent food and people are complaining it's too expensive. I don't understand.

The salad bar at the Palms buffet is pretty good. I like the prepared salads at the Wicked Spoon!
