I know these are not English sounds but we need to be able to recognise these sounds and transcribe then correctly. I find all you videos extremely helpful. Thank you so much Liz.

Unfortunately, the plural endings were pronounced with even a stronger 's' instead 'zs'. Today the tendency seems to be to devoice more and more in final position..Theoretically, there should be a 'z', but few people make it. I have noticed that women are more 's' sounding at the end of words than men. Physiological??Long years of practice.❤

You have pronounced a clear 'z' on boys. The others were pronounced with partial devoicing'zzs'.
