For the Eldritch Blast/Magic Missile/Scorching Ray build, there's a much better and safer pair of boots. The issue with The Watersparkers is that 1), you need water on the ground, and 2), anytime you step in a puddle it will trigger combat with anyone else in that puddle, including friendly NPCs. The better option is Boots of Stormy Clamour. Sold by Omeluum in the Ebonlake Grotto after completing "Help Omeluum investigate the parasite". These come with the amazing passive "When the wearer inflicts a condition upon a hostile creature, they also inflict 2 turns of Reverberation". Here a "condition" is literally ANYTHING, such as chance to fear on hit, or radiating orb gear. Combined with the amulet this will get creatures to 5 stacks of Reverberation VERY quickly. You can also choose the "Bone-shaking Thunder" version of the built in Markoheshkir buff and it will add another TWO stacks of Reverberation per spell attack.
I love the damage reflect Abjuration wizard. Poison resistant race preferred. White Draconic Sorcerer for Armor of Agathys. Then 11 in Abjuration Wizard. Feats are Elemental Adept: Cold then War Caster. Fire Shield: Chill and Blade Ward for more damage and resistance, Glyph of Warding and Counterspell to refill Arcane Ward and stop spells that our build can't cope with, Create Water or just water bottles for double cold damage. We aren't looking for a high AC (though any missed attack is still okay) we are trying to just reduce the effective damage taken to zero and counter back with chunks of cold damage.
For that EB build I strongly recommend dual wielding crit reducing weapons and taking 4 levels in Champion for the -1 crit and a feat (6 Sorc/2Lock/4Champ). Absolutely carried in Honor Mode.
the first combo is the most dnd shit ive seen and I love it, dont forget that cull the weak forces a target to succumb to death so in theory you can just kill them with a little poke anyway
i guess the more potent necrotic aura can be paired with an abjuration wizard for complete immunitie to its damage. Or it can be paired with a force conduit build aswell
I see the extra damage from things like Lightning charges, but dislike wasting precious gear slots on poor gear like Watersparklers AND the Spellsparkler to get one effect, when you can get better gear in place that does things like Adding plus 1 To Hit with spell attacks AND Spell Save DC. Because all of them seem to stack. Using that with the Hat of Fire Acuity, you can boost your To Hit with spells and your Spell Save DC into the stratosphere easily, insuring you hit more often, and then any spells you choose to cat are almost never resisted. Using this method I was able to Dominate Anchev and have him fight alongside me in the Bhaal temple, only to betray and murder him after we killed all of his cronies.
I think the spellsparkler is almost better than having an extra version of the free cast staff if you’re using a MM or EB build. The water sparklers I’ve never actually used realistically, just seems like an entire waste most of the time
I'm new to this game and still getting to grips with the classes. I want to play ranger, but my friend who plays these games a lot told me ranger is one of the worst classes unless multi classing. This was about 5 months ago though so thought maybe through updates and such ranger was in a better place?. Any advice would be much appreciated. My 4 I wanted was druid, ranger, rogue and fighter. Are any so bad it's worth multi classing them at a certain level?.
In fact you can play game as you like. Of these four classes only rogue in my opinion need multiclass. Ranger is one of the strongest class because he is good at using arrows(that is op).
Don’t worry about your friends opinion, honestly unless you’re playing on honor or tactician mode any class is just as viable as the next. Rangers are great and give you options, you can go full range using bows and stealth if you wanna multiclass with rogue. You can become a ranger knight dual wielding long swords, ranger/fighter to utilize both damage types. Just play whatever is fun for you, this game really shines when you’re able to just have blatant fun with your character
Dead body build is absolutely garbage idea. Funnily enough I was about to respec Laezel into eldritch knight and was curious about the throw element with bonded weapon. Was the thinking of doing a throw wizard partly because of that cold sphere you get as high level spell
And poly into a dwarf if using the Dwarven thrower. Other wise 3rd act use trident that asts create water on hit then nyrulna in off hand use the jabber whatever untill then

Bro is just repeating someone else’s content as his own. Mad lad

So creative, where did you find this build?

Markoheshkir is probably wasted on an EB sorlock. Stick Rhapsody in your off hand instead and get +3 to all attack rolls, save DCs and damage

Wondering if the dom-sheep-gas thing would work on Gortash... probably not, but
RageGamingVideos, Yay! I liked this video so much, it made me smile!
Is the eldrich knight throwing build in writing anywhere?
Thanks for the post love BG3 😊😊
Thanks for the video

10:14 - how to maximize magic missile - in what video is that?
Necromancers get immunity to necrotic at 11 I think

@@Reikuma-X that all sounds fantastic!, thank you!.
The best build to play solo honour mode:
4 thief
5 gloom stalker
3 fighter
Pure stealth DPS
This game is so brilliant!
