Excellent sir

Great work Mohit sir ! I would like to do some additions in 5 why analysis which I feel can be included.
Poor kitchen layout may also be a reason for why food preparation takes long. Here we can create a spaghetti diagram to identify path of an item or activity through a process and then optimize the kitchen layout so that non value added activities such as motion and transportation are as minimum as possible. Here we can also deploy visual management techniques to standardize the work environment so that right things are at right place.
Food may not be tasty due to use of stale ingredients. Good storage practice (Refrigeration etc.) must be followed so that raw materials remain fresh for quite a long. Unbalanced proportion of ingredients (food too salty, too chilly etc) may also cause customer dissatisfaction and affect food taste. To avoid this new cook must be properly trained in prior. Creating standard procedure for most sold dishes could help to reduce preparation time but would not help to improve taste much.
Yes I agree. I create videos to promote thinking, so going in right direction 👍
