i sometimes just pause the video midway, out of pure joy of understanding his teachings, and come to the comment sections where i love seeing its not just me who shares that. Sam you are the best.

Thank You Sam for your explicit teaching. I did anatomy 10yrs ago. I didn't know as much as I do now, by watching your videos.
One can tell, that you are such a SELFLESS BEING.
    God bless you.

Can you please offer me some advice, I have had pain underneath my rib cage and sternum area as well. I had my gallbladder removed a couple of years ago as well. I had an endoscopy, MRI, and Kat scan so far and nothing is showing. I have this terrible burning sensation and cramping feeling on my right upper quadrant area. If I strain in a workout it aggravates it, and also when I eat.
I just don't know what to do? It hurts when I am sitting down, and when I tie my shoes the bending forward seems to pinch the area. At times I can press the burning spot. It's very uncomfortable.
Thank you for any help you might have!
    Jeff

Hi , I am a ultra runner but on my last 55 mile run I had severe pain in my soas major and all round that area , I had twisted my groin a few days before getting into bed after a heavy deadlift session at the gym ( I know very silly before a big run ) 6 months later still get a dull to mild ache after 15 miles on the trail ( only road run up to 5 miles ) do you have any ideas on strength work for the soas muscle ???
