I’m sorry this was a frustrating experience for you but she is beautiful. I’m still learning all of the ins and outs with Smart Doll myself, so I wouldn’t of known either and would if felt the same way. Just know there is at least one person out there (and I’m sure more) learning bad we go along!
Thank you for this. It was a really frustrating situation in the moment, but I was able to make it work and I actually like her better with the brown eyes. It gives her a softer look. I decided to name her Bambi haha. We are not in this alone - there's so many people and resources out there to help us with our Smart Doll journey. 🤗
Congrats on the new camera!! I have one and I do the same thing, none of my photos turn out all that good. I have better luck with my phone. For this girl, a lot of chaos heads don’t come with head caps or eyes. You may just have to make sure you look really closely at the listing to see if it’s included or not. I believe she is a one of a kind so you really got a good one!! She’s beautiful. 😊♥️
Hi Tausha!! How are you my dear? *hugs* I think with a DSLR you need to be really patient and use manual focus as much as you can. It's a struggle though. Out of 10 pics I take, one or two will be acceptable LOL. Just gotta be patient and use your angles. I didn't realize that chaos heads came without eyes or head caps. This was definitely as learning experience for me. I'm a lot wiser now and I won't be afraid to ask questions if a listing is a bit vague. I don't fault the seller at all. She’s absolutely gorgeous! I love those eyes in her! They look beautiful with that pretty wig! The purple looks terrific, too, though. She must be a prototype according to the promo pics. If so, then she is definitely worth more than a regular head. I paid about $1,500 for my prototype Savannah complete, of course. Regardless, she’s a beauty! Congratulations, my sweet friend! I am so happy for you! I’m looking forward to see who your next head is. Congratulations on your new camera, too! Your photos have been really great! I had bought a nice camera a few years ago, but I just couldn’t take that great of pics with it, so I sold it. I can’t recall what it was. I have really enjoyed using my Canon to take pictures. I think your videos and pictures are absolutely amazing. With any phone or camera it's all about the lighting that you have. I understand your disappointment… it stinks because chaos heads usually don’t come with head caps… none of mine ever have come with head caps. I just bought a three pack of head caps from smartdoll last time and they run $18.67 a piece (if you get three) and even with shipping, they are around $26.60 U.S. (depending on the Yen) which is even cheaper than buying just one! It’s frustrating to have to buy them, but I’m really happy for you, because she truly is amazing!…… lol! You made me spit out my water! 😂 your face is not ugly! Your so cute!
