Probably the most relatable line in the whole sketch, get a trio of real close male buddies together in a situation like this and it’s bound to happen that one of them will roast the others while still trying to be serious 😂😂😂
this season has just been great from the start. lot's of memorable sketches. there's a new tone and the writers seem to not take themselves too seriously
Rascals. A perfectly apt description. I personally am at the age (45) where these guys are still very funny, but I’m not always sure why. Rascals perfectly describes them. Thank you.
@@gregmorris2022 I am close to your age and I agree with not always knowing why I am laughing. Looks like they’re going strong with their skit a week tho!
@@wayward-saint I liked this one better than the first two. This seemed more believable, "guys thinking one thing and saying the exact opposite". What guy hasn't done that? It's Friday, you're at work, making smalltalk with someone you barely know. Ben's delivery of "what is SHE saying?!" after John says "you smell like sh*t and I never liked ya in the first place girly" is exceptional and then "I hate aaalllll of what you're working with." amazing
@@vesselthanatos3033 Honestly, don't let the first few episodes where they tried to force Zooey Deschanel being typecast as Zooey Deschanel into the show. When they learn that they accidentally put together a hilarious ensemble cast of relatively "unknown" actors and right the ship by balancing out the jokes, they put together some great tv. The writers get lazy with the "necessary" relationship plots and there are a lot of logical inconsistencies that come into play seasons apart, but if you want to enjoy some loveable characters utilizing some standard sitcom tropes in a way that is enjoyable and funny, give it a shot. The ensemble is great, the good jokes are great, there are lulls in quality, but if you can learn to love something that's flawed but great when it's great, you can enjoy this show.
These three guys in this format are perfect and I ❤ them. I have tried to pick my favorite character from the three but I cannot, I ❤ them each so much.
Right into it. Every time. Take note. This is what it’s going to look like moving forward. Little to no set up. No heightening. Just get right into the punchline
Sarah Sherman is such a damn chameleon lol, she looked great as Angie lmao. Also I wasn’t sure about these guys at first but they’ve definitely got me hooked! And I know they have a hand in writing many of the skits this season too!
i hate how easily i have become obsessed with these guys.
There are worse things to become easily obsessed with. At least it's not crack. Totally obsessed with these guys too.
My thoughts exactly. I was desperate after they weren’t on last week - found my self compulsively searching for all of their old stuff!
who are they? are they like a guest sketch group?
Yeah it’s like lonely island though

The best line of all SNL this season
“What did SHE say?” - the underrated slip in lines are what make this group so good
The new golden age of SNL has arrived with this new cast and writers
With the last episode of snl. it certainly feels like that.

This trio is solid and young so hopefully they keep this going, as far as the rest of cast/show ehhh it’s alright
