All my friends are worried that any new LC, GX, or 4Runner will be quickly stolen like many of our previous Lexus and Toyota trucks, and will end up some place on another continent. David, do you know if Toyota/Lexus have come up with better antitheft tech?
Going with you David, own a dec 22 LX600S, beautiful vehicle great power and easy to drive in the city. Just put a deposit down on an LBX all goodies for my wife end the GX 550 Overtrail Plus for myself. In Earth / black roof. I just can’t take the beautiful LX on serious off roading or stump jumping trips. I’ve tried but to do it properly means spending bank with ABN aftermarket goodies, man they stuck it to me in so many areas,. 22” wheels are definitely not designed for off the beaten track! Love your show and the Lexus factory tours are really epic, whole lives dedicated to make the very best, I’ve owned 10 NEW models in under 12 years, an experience there’s no going back to any makes, impeccable accurate and quality design. Toyota builder is up. The mid land cruiser is 63k. For 2k more you can get a Lexus gx 550. If you had tech package to Land Cruiser you will pay more than gx!

Got a deposit on "Land Cruiser" here in Alberta, $83K and am told that is second from bottom of four models here in Canada which are 1958/ Land Cruiser/Land Cruiser Premium and First Edition.
The side mirrors look more liked Mitsubishi Monteral Sport. If Toyota only focusing on making highest quality materials and upgrading latest technologies, Toyota won’t needed on so many different models and biggest campaigns.

It's the same chasis. Front and rear bumper and interior have been the only changes other than the standard hybrid powertrain.
