I can tell my core is strong but my arms and legs need more strength to do these moves. Love the natural movement which will serve me in the years ahead! Thank you for this!

Unbelievably awesome, every time! Couldn’t do any workout for a loooong time due to being sick way too often lately. I managed to do 60% of this training but I am still feeling good. It’s a long way back to street skateboarding, riding 30-50k on my bike and jogging again … all on the same day … but you are part of it 🙃 thank you man!
Really awesome workout - set of workouts! I can do most of the movements but not bridge pose pushups. Is there a 'beginner' form of this that will allow me to build into it? Keep moving - love it!

Lately I've been trying capoeira (and some parkour/ acrobatics) which are very helpful in getting stronger and also they are so much fun! I love the idea that we can get the strength by playing. My biggest inspiration is Ido Portal. But I'm pretty sure you know this guy!
I really like these movements! I haven't rolled like that since I was a child! I am not sure if this is just a problem on my side, but the sound is sometimes extremely soft when it comes to the voice over. Can't wait to try the next movement video! :)

great class thanks. deceptively difficult. i was dripping sweat by the end. liked the places where multiple moves were coming together into little flow patterns. would be cool to do a session like that - explore singular patterns and then string them together into combinations of 2-4 at a time. as i write that i'm sure you have one like that but...anyway. one quick note maybe give the cue to really engage the core on those first tuck ups and vups from the prone position. can't remember what we did right before but i 'exploded' into that first move without engaging my core and my back freaked out. had to just sit in child's pose for a minute or two to calm it down.

The session starts off at a warm up intensity and builds from there. Fresh outta bed though you might want to perform some quick mobility drills to check-in first. Listen to your body & go with what feels right. ✌🏽

You have to find out how you can express the movement - figure out how it works for your body. The expression in the video might not be for you yet and that's cool. It's something you earn gradually. When you're experimenting, listen to your body. Practice progressively, begin on the wall and easier floor variations. Don't push into painful ranges. Don't be a huge rush to get to any one thing...there's always another thing right after it. Enjoy where you're at and continue to do your work. Cheers!
That's the thing: once you start moving consistently, the momentum keep gaining. Hope this helps show you some effective options outside the standard fitness practices. Best.
I'm a really active person and don't feel like my day is complete unless I have some kind of workout in. Today I had the day off from work and was feeling blah. Not to be TMI but 15 minutes before I started this workout I was crying over my dog that passed away last year, I knew I needed to move my body but my body was telling me a typical hitt was not what I needed. I put on your video and at the end I had a great sweat going, I got out of my funk and my body feels happy. THANK YOU!!
