I also liked that you included the reference in the camera view! (I am amazed by how many youtube artists do not do this) I definitely understand not wanting to narrate! But you have a great voice! Hearing you talk about what you're thinking as you are sketching and painting would be very helpful and your tone of voice is quite calming. がんばって ^_^

Another amazing video! I think your natural voice sounds great, but I understand if it’s hard doing voiceover for the entire video. The subtitles aren’t bad, but the auto-text-speech synthesizer is a bit jarring and I prefer videos that don’t use it. A good compromise might be to speak using your voice during the intro, then switch to using subtitles after that (and maybe a quick outro using your voice). I think using subtitles while you actually paint, like in this video, works perfectly. And the music makes it really peaceful to watch. Keep up the good work, you’re doing great!

Two movies I’d enjoy seeing painted again are Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (maybe a scene with the Ohmu?) and My Neighbor Totoro (standing at the bus stop) 🙂
Ohmu is one of the characters which I’ve been waiting to paint! I hadn’t found any good references with good backgrounds yet🥲 and Totoro at the bus stop too!! Thank you for the nice requests!!😁
I like your videos both ways. I really enjoy them so much. I think you should do what is most comfortable for you. If you want to feel more confident then just keep trying whenever you like
