After attending this talk in 2015 I bought a Flocker and have been rolling fresh oats ever since. I capture the fresh rolled oats in milk kefir and soak overnight to make bircher, then eat it with fruit and nuts. Like Joost says in this talk the benefits of this plant are immense!
