Maybe because I grew up on leftovers and freezer meals, I don’t get sick of food and can totally eat a meal I made a week ago. Food lasts way longer than people think. You make chicken one day it doesn’t magically go bad in two days. My only problem is overeating at work. I work for a family who always have a very stocked pantry and let me eat whatever I want. Saves me money but gaining weight for sure
Alsalamu Alakuim . I love clinque and I use there products now. I am using the 7 day scum, Deep cleanser and the clinque solution Gel. The gel is my favorite it get rid of acne fast💙💙
Thank you so much Amanda for the tips. Just one question, do you count calories during the day? Coz i really want to eat more fruit but they're high in calories, and tbh i'd rather spend my calories on proteine to keep me full longer 😅
The thing that is going to make you healthy before anything else is balance. If you only eat protein or only eat carbs etc you are going to get tired and malnourished. Don't count calories unless a dietitian/doctor has told you to. Eat whole foods and eat everything in moderation
