Ramadan Mubarak! Becareful to not read the physical Quran while on your menses, it's advised to read a digital copy during that time of the month.
Even digital copy should be avoided imo because you're not in wudu at all

What I did few Ramadans ago, started preparing a month prior to Ramadan, getting rid of coffee house cleaning and declutter and stuff. Now years later I don’t even drink coffee at all. What Ramadan wants us to do I think it’s to cleanse our body from whatever it is that we are addicted to or we think we can’t live without.

I do not know if you have already figured it out, but Simply Jaserrah has been trying to wear her hijab more modestly, and maybe she can help you with those new styles, but I think you will have to clip that end to the under cap or pull the long side a little bit up and clil that to cover the neck area. Also, DO NOT go cold turkey with caffeine. Wean off slowly over a week time: half and half every day. I still have 1 cup of coffee every morning to help keep my migraines away. I too started Ramadan with my cycle. 😢
For the hijab style you tried where you didn’t know how to cover your neck for the masjid, maybe try a ninja undercap! I find them super useful for styles that wouldn’t cover the neck without it!

Hey and another thing is, you shouldn’t be having pictures on the wall, keep them in the drawers but not out like that, if you care about Islam and the angels and the blessing of Allah, inshallah you can do some research. Ofc it’s annoying since u would have your decoration taken, but that shouldn’t be a problem right, would be pretty shallow
If the point of hijab is to "hide" one's beauty, then I don't think it's wise to emphasise that it beautifies a person :p

If you like grilled onions we do a Mexican style that is so good. You take a whole onion, some leave the peel on for extra protection, wrap in foil and place on the grill. It gives it a smokey flavor. Then you unwrap it quarter it and add salt and lime juice. Soooo good!! Goes great with chipotle style bowls

If you use another magnet to pin the side of the draping fabric in the back to the neckline of your top below your ear and then bring the other side that your draping across your neck over your shoulder that should give the neck coverage you’re looking for with the same look (hope that makes sense 😭), it looks great on you btw mA
Hi Amanda! For the cheese rolls you need to lay them out separately on a platter (they shouldn’t touch) and freeze them for about an hour first. Once they are a little bit frozen, you can put them in a box (on top of each other is fine). That way it won’t stick! 🫶🏼

Listen Amanda here is my tip to not get caffeine headaches! make an americano and leave it in the fridge before you go to bed. so when its few minutes before Fajr just drink cold so you don't have to wait and lose time of sleep! I have been doing that and it's amazing.

Put the cheese rolls on a tray first (single layer) let them partially freeze for an hour or so then you can add them to a bag overlapping and they won't stick to one another

Id also like to add coffee contains antioxidants that are missing from your tablet. But agree regarding going to the bathroom. I'm constantly going to the bathroom. Also for me coffee is super sweet with heavy cream.. Soo many calories that I love the taste of but not the effects of. I'm also extremely caffeine sensitive

My trick to removing belly pain during period is to drink hot liquids the moment the period comes . In the first hour (or should I say even the first minute !) , it is all about HOT tea , hot water, hot ginger tea etc. Infact nothing to do with caffeine. I haven’t had cramps ever since I discovered drinking hot tea on the first day. I would take a lot of hot liquids all day long. Almost every hour. So when you said you had to have something cold like dates, I would recommend u drink hot tea along with it. Anything cold will induce these period pain.

@@21972012145525 yes I find that if I am at home that's what would happen . But when I'm outside, I just sip in small quantity, it is fine . Drinking big gulps would make me go toilet often . But I also find that it's better to "flush it out ".

best way to quit caffeine is by reducing how much you drink slowly. for example if you normally drink one scoop, then reduce it to 3/4 scoop the next day and so on by the end you will not have a headache and be able to quit. you will have a slight headache the first day but its nothing compared to quitting it cold turkey.
I don’t know how late the sunset gets in Texas but up in North Dakota last year it was at like 8 and this year is around 730 well probably later and it’s worse in the summer thank god we’re getting closer to having ramadan during the winter.
In MN, it's 720ish. It's amazing the difference one year makes. Last year felt hard, this year feels too easy
I drink Celsius at sohoor it contains 200 mg of caffeine, I don’t get headache during day. It does not have sugar.
