Yeah it's really heartwarming that the wizard truly believes in Billy, it doesn't matter to the wizard that Billy is a kid the wizard sees that Billy is a true hero he knew he made the right choice choosing him as the next champion
Billy truly proved he was the right choice because while reckless, he also truly had the noble heart for it. With Sivana, his heart was good, but the tragic circumstances turned him bad and Hurut while the right choice gave his powers to his father Adam to save him and not only got killed for it, but put an unplanned champion in the world who while wanting to protect his country will probably do almost anything against anyone to achieve that goal too.
This trailer looks a lot more serious than the first one. I do hope this isn’t the last time we’ll see Zachary Levi as Shazam; he’s been a perfect fit for the character

I think the deciding factor for who remains will be how much money this year's movies make individually as well as who Gunn considers easy to work with. Gunn has indicated his plan will be a Justice League Unlimited and Young Justice approach which seems to suggest a big universe with multiple heroes interacting. So some people will probably stay on

I was super excited when they released the movie title... I was expecting Zues Hercules and some badass sequences with gods like in JL. Instead we got random old ladies.

Just saw the movie. I lived the first one, but this one is going to be loved even by those unimpressed by the first one. A Superman movie couldn't surpass this. I actually cried a couple times and i never do that. The end sets up a perfect promise for at least a third movie. I think Zachari Levi will be playing Shazam many more times, even in a team movie.

I watched it today and I thought it was an entertaining movie. It has a lot of heart and it didn't really set up a bazillion things for sequels. I really hope they keep this cast in the future because I think they mash really well together. There's absolutely nothing wrong with having an amazing time at the theatre and my expectations were really low for this one 😃! Glad to be surprised by how good it was.

People should stop relying on critics and reviews to watch a movie, most of them are paid and will write anything as long as the money is right, I really enjoyed the movie it was funny and has good cgi.
Okay, I got to say: this trailer has got me so hyped up about the movie, Shazam! Fury of the Gods is going to be absolutely incredible and way more powerful than the first one. And it helps that Zachary Levi fits the role so perfectly like a glove, and I love the family dynamic between Billy and his siblings. He's really come a long way since the first Shazam and he's just getting started. Out of all the DC movies and series that are to be rebooted, I hope that Shazam will stay as it is and flow right into the new DC Universe.

My family used to be really close with Zachary Levi’s father, Daryl Pugh. He would come over every Sunday after church and have lunch with us. Sometimes he would bring VHS tapes of Zachary’s theater performances. I’m so happy to see how much success he’s had.

Yeah, Black Adam is over. James Gunn and WB already confirmed that they're doing a reboot and recasting everyone. The remaining films (Shazam 2, Aquaman 2, Flash) are all just remnants of a dead universe. They're being released only because they already finished post-productions and need the money back.

I like how the wizard is humanized in this film basically still believing in billy because he was truly chosen to be the champion of Shazam and this is definitely gonna be a good one especially since his siblings are gonna be heavily involved in it

The Green lantern was never a bad movie to begin with it's just it became a funny meme to pile on and it became so popular to say it was bad it wasn't anything spectacular but the whole point was a setup movie for bigger and better it never got that lifeline because everybody was just so quick to copy every other person that hated on it kind of like they're doing with this movie this movie isn't classic or groundbreaking but it's not horrible either

I guess what really bothers me is that they aren’t the actual daughters of Atlas in Greek Mythology.
I really hope Shazam is a part of James Gunn's plans for the new DC Universe. Maybe not in the first phase, but both Shazam movies have such a different vibe than the rest of the DCEU. Whether it's Zachary Levi or another actor.

Yeah, Black Adam is over. James Gunn and WB already confirmed that they're doing a reboot and recasting everyone. The remaining films (Shazam 2, Aquaman 2, Flash) are all just remnants of a dead universe. They're being released only because they already finished post-productions and need the money back.

No lie! Seeing Lucy Liu in this movie got me excited. Its been ages since I've seen her in any movie, Kill Bill I think was the last movie I personally saw her in and she was epic. Im gonna have to add this one to my "must see" list.
