Silent gear also has a bunch of addons in other mods, because some add accepted materials. You should be able to find a complete list by searching #SGear in JEI. There should also be blocks(I forget the name, they look pretty unique though) that allow you to make alloys for these tools which can be better than single material parts. Can you also give us some background on you? How long you've been playing MC, what your experience with modded MC is and what mods you know? would be super cool to know
