1. Sit deeper as you can in your lower position; 2. Find comfortable position of your foots and laps; 3. Stand up; 4. Yeap, this is your optimal position for squats, cause you have comfortable position in the lowest part of it. Have a nice day)
You're right but with him, you can trust. One of the few trainers that have videos about feet, leg angle, and the best position and what everyone always forget to mention is that our bodies are totally different!!
@@ralliedcookies4403I have the same problem as you. The thing that I always get told is to "focus on trying to activate your leg muscles and not your joints by telling your mind that, and then your body should take this order". I still find it hard though so idk.
First some warm up after workout 2 sets of 30 seconds jumping jacks, 2 sets of 30 seconds 😊 arm circles, 2 sets of 30 seconds high knees, After some warm up the actual workout :- 3 or 4 sets of 12 - 15 reps push ups 3 or 4 sets of 20 reps sqauts
I’ve just started doing squats and have noticed afterwards that the bottom of my back has been in pain. I guess I’m putting too much pressure on my back. This video helped, not looking to break my back.
My friend told me to Keep my shin completely perpendicular to the floor i.e a fully vertical shin alignment. Now i know what is correct and what is not
Went to look this up for my job as a janitor. See, I wanted to squat instead of bending down when cleaning toilets, but I also didn’t want to mess up my knees more from bad lunges in high school. Plus, I was concerned if I leaned forward too much that could mess something up. However, it looks like and feels like I’m doing it right considering I feel stable and only feel sore and not pain. Sore as in my unfit ass actually doing physical work.😅
My mom can do it since in her childhood she had those floor toilets but in Canada we got those sitting ones so when I was a kid I could never do it in my life so I gotta learn it 😢
At first i thought maybe i was doing it wrong since many people say its hard but i feel easy af. So i intentionally pressured myself into more painful way only to figure out im actually doing it WRONG
My vmo (right leg) hurts a lot since my last leg workout. Mostly feel the pain after the workout. I believe it's from squats but I don't know what I did wrong. I'm doing PPL twice a week so maybe overuse but I've heard of lots of others doing squats every other day...
From this video I have learnt how to perform correct squats by practicing daily it become easy to me thanks bro
I have learned so much from your videos. Thanks buddy.
Mind making a summary?
@@sea8545 squat, dont bend your butty, breath deep and hold when lowering
You got it, chief.
As asian i already learned that squat since as long as i remember 🤣
Racist
Same bruh I'm half asian but this shit has been normal since the day I was born
When aren't you squatting fr
For Poles too
For nearly the entire continent of Africa too

Wow thanks for the sesh, coach
Okay this actually helped me the most 🎉

Exactly

THE best Fitness channel. I've learnt so much and fixed my low back, hip, and shoulder pain through here. Thank you! Much love and respect!
Never knew how much I needed this until today!!!
Damn, ive always had my legs straight and they wobbly as hell. Definitely gonna try this next leg day
The day a personal trainer told me to straighten my feet during a squat was the day I stopped trusting personal trainers at the gym
@Cecilia Cole sp what's the best about. I love the bench declined doing situos on those with a ball and do Russian twist race rep
I've always been told to keep my knees straight and I hated it. It felt really uncomfortable and I always felt like I was gonna fall backwards.
I feel the squat in my knees, is this normal
@@ralliedcookies4403no 😢

HOLY CRAP This just fixed my knee clicking. Wow. So simple yet so effective, THANKS! I guess I just had awful form all along.
Finally, a good video on squatting. Thanks👍🏼

Vey useful I had a problem with this when I first doing it,but it first time so
thanks buddy... ❤️
Facts doing a straight squat doesn't give you the best alignment driving the knees outward a bit gives you a better stable force for better impact
😊 thank you
Thanks dude
beautifully explained Thank you
Thankful❤
Thank you, that’s why my ness are shaking when I’m doing squat.
Thanks for this info. Great tips do’s and don’t .
It’s really to get the femurs out of the way of your hips and torso, prevents hip impingement and increases ROM
Really helpful! Thank you 😊
Thanks dude, im having difficult trying to accomplish a regular squat... And even hurting myself because of that.
Thanks gonna do it
Short and concise, thnx for the tips
thanks😊😊😊😊😊😊❤
Yeah this feels better
Thx needed that it's painful not knowing proper mechanics even with the suggestion of not having knee over feet when bending
And feet are straight ahead 🤯
Well he covered in a few videos it varies from person to person
Thank you
"third toe of our foot" I've got shoes on 💀
Thank you my Tracher :-)
It helps if you actually angle your feet at about 30 degrees instead of straight forward.
I angle my feet 90 degrees
@@bradenpetrie8184 nice I angle mine at a 180 degree angle for extra stability
Its funny how much science there is behind a squat.
It's like the samurai who held their posture on a ship during battle.
Super

I came across your video while squatting xd
ok i’ve been squatting wrong for months and my knees have been killing me and know i know why!
bro started hitting the griddy mid squat
Thanks
Also when done correctly enables spinal loading which somehow makes you taller. Comment if you don’t believe me.

Good video
from the thumbnail I honestly thought it was Nicovokado, the red t shirt and the black shorts..
Nikocado usually is not near weight plates
Something I struggle with is aligning and strengthing the feets

As an Indian who is just used to sitting like this all my life , it's quite amusing that people are having to put conscious effort into doing it

How do you keep your feet flat on the ground while doing a squat. Everytime in doing it im on my toes
@@KeterMalkuth Thx bro
I’m struggling
Also I heard using hip bands around the knee works too when squatting
