      Also it gets harder if you don't have the right tools,I don't even have a grinder to grind the almonds or oats for example.🤣😂🤣😂

    To me the first part it's lunch not a breakfast meal,I usually crave something sweet for breakfast I would say granola,with almond milk,or maybe a smoothie bowl.

      Baiba E i hate smoothies too and i dont think it is healthy to eat shredded fruits. I mean its bad for ur stomach to eat that much food so fast. If u eat the whole fruit u at least have to byte and chew

    Tried almond-Oats protien Balls, delicious and quick to make (in 15 min).. firstly i tried in the form of bars but batter was very sticky so made round shape like yours.. I later grounded almond powder, coated and stored in the small container, now they don't stick to each other..really enjoyed making and eating. Thanks for sharing🥰🥂

    I love how everyone is so worried about the potatoes but noone says anything about the muffins. Granola mix or the protein balls. Eat eggs and green and you'll be fine. Potatoes are fine every now and again.

      @@yoromero8035 You can lose weight no matter what u eat actually, you just have to be in a calorie deficit, the reason eating healthier foods is a better option is bc you get to eat more since the lack of calories and because obviously it's better for you in the long run since eating healthy has other benefits too, but in order to lose weight u can eat anything as long as u are in a calorie deficit

      @@Alexandra_0209 No my dear, burning 600 calories worth of cookies is NOT the same as burning 600 calories of healthy foods, and yes even with healthy food there MUST be a calorie deficit in order to lose weight, please do some more research, one reason is your metabolism is higher than the junk food eater even at same number of calories, Here s an interesting video I found for you check it out

      @@siennalune3779 I know what I'm talking about love❤️ it is the exact same, the only difference is that your body reacts differently to healthy food and junk food. But in regards to weight loss its the same. I'm speaking from experience. I used to be a very busy woman and all I ate throughout the day were takeaways. Like a normal intake for me in one day would consist of a big cup of black coffee in the morning, and since i never had time to make food, I always bought food and it was usually junk food. And just in the span of 3 months I lost 12kg.

    The website that they keep advertising is super gimmicky and sets off warning bells. Lots and lots of warning bells. HOWEVER, the recipes are wonderful and the fact that they write everything down for you in the description is awesome. Now if they'd just do that for the website instead of being all vague, that'd be even better.

    I tried the first omelette today, and since for me it is difficult to eat onion and pepper in the morning, I did it for lunch.
    I added 100 g of ground beef to have proteins because it was lunch: it was delicious!

    so wait a minute.. the muffin one said *serving per container:8* does that mean that 8 muffins contain 170 calories or that by this specific amount you will get 8 muffins

      If 6 almonds are typically 100 calories, and the person used a whole bunch. There is 8 servings and it’s 170 each muffin.

    When you wanna lose weight you must make a calorie deficit ( eat less then you have to),so you must eat less calories. I'm not really sure you'll succeed with those recipes.
