It's a movement called PINAC. Photography Is Not A Crime. The goal is to make public photography acceptable again, because many people have mistakenly come to believe that they have a right to privacy in public & that photography is somehow a perverse, suspicious, criminal activity. Photographers are archivists for providence & sometimes independent witnesses. Cameras are everywhere now, in everybody's pockets & in their vehicles. But try and set up a traditional camera in public & people go bandy.
the only point of audits like this is to get views on you tube. nobody ever felt there rights had been violated because the were denied access to a caterpiller factory
You should listen to the security guard he's right. Forget that nonsense about sect 33 its complete rubbish. Private IS private they can still tell you to stop filming and physically remove you if you refuse. If you're stood on a public footpath - a public right of way, you have a right to film. You have no "right to film" on private property, even if the public have access. Its not a crime to do so, but they are allowed to kick you off the premises.
the staff cant physically remove you only the police can if you have commited a crime. The grey gate is where its private, the public can walk past the traffic light so its publically assesible. So the guard is wrong in this case.
@@steve00alt70 The staff (not police) can use physical force to remove a trespasser that refuses to leave. If there's a crime committed it would be a police matter, but there's still the option to remove.
Go get a job ya header.....so I did....so I will.....so I am....
Your hand was mad shakey in this one. You must have been rock hard!
Still better than Kent Audits.....
Or cold or maybe a health issue. Don't be quick to judge.
What is the actual point of any of these audit videos?......Genuine question

Law states you can photograph and video anything from public. You cannot trespass the eyes.

@@bronte9389 Normally its not, but sometimes it CAN be. Just ask AB the most popular UK auditor.
