- Another phenomenal year for liquid drum & bass which saw the likes of "In Stillness" by Etherwood, the highly anticipated Shelflife 5 by Calibre, the "Love & Migration" LP by Tali which featured some outstanding artists, a year which saw the birth of LSB's new label Footnotes", the "Facets" LP from Mage, droves of quality from Telomic, Ash:Ram, Alexvnder, Aetherial, Cosmic Sequence, Leniz, Fearbace, Mystical Sound, Rift, Dawn Wall, Mohican Sun, Mojoman, DJ Ransome, Aperio, Rafau Etamski, Edlan and so many more. Here is a 2 hour round up of some of my favorite pieces released throughout 2018.

@@MrBurntYoghurt No problem mate. It's from the track "Feenin'" by Jodeci from 1994...! LTJ Bukem did an amazing 8 min. remix of it as a bonus track on their UK vinyl release of 1995's "Freak 'n You" track [MCA Records MCST 2072 on discogs website]. I have the CD single version of that release somewhere, LOL. Listen to timestamp 11:17 on your mix then go to timestamp about 1:25 on the official video uploaded by "54keeps" (or just look up the audio track and listen from the start). You will note the words "I don't have a mind... it's all blown on you" ... [the vocals are sped up on the dnb tracks of course]. I listen to a lot of liquid DnB on BassDrive radio which is where I find new tracks and on mixes like yours mate, totally got the shivers when "Living your Dream" dropped as I already have that in my collection. Good to play my PC games to and such. Keep up the good work mate and chat again soon...
Knowledge like this is what impacts people to the point where they not only retain such information for life, but they feel compelled to return months later and show gratitude for such selflessness. Every time I hear that track I can't help but think back to this comment. I don't know how you managed to correlate that so quickly, especially since the sample and lyrical timing is so different, but respect where respect is due. you know your tunes damn well. Thanks again for sharing man, take good care of yourself out there.

Absolutely! Dustkey is a boss. The tracks of his regularly featured on the "Lilysse Collective" are *always* fire.
No more than any individual producer, yourself included! In the "Grand Scheme" the real work has only just begun my friend ;) 2018 has been a privilege, thank you for sticking along for the ride man
