I was trying to perform Egger's test for subgroup meta-analysis but R help said no funnel plot asymmetry test can be performed for subgroup meta-analysis and there was always an error
were you able to figure out how to do eggers test? Based on what I was looking up, I think we have to use a different package. Did you figure it out? would love some help if you can
