20 years on and she's even more gorgeous. This is how to grow older gracefully. And as for the vocals - again perfect.
It's a couple simple vocal loops but it's still magical when everything comes together for the last couple choruses.
I love how she sings with total conviction, as if she's just written the song. Brilliant!

KT is such an expert on loops. She explained some of her techniques on a Rig Rundown video a few years ago.

Always loved her voice… such character. I am hoping to take my 8 year old daughter to see her in Newcastle next year as her first gig- I can think of no better positive musical role model.

Saw KT Tunstall live about 3 years ago , was easily one of the best gigs I’ve been too (have been to lots), a great entertainer as well a great musician 😊
Great songwriter & musician, but most definitely - the queen of looping.
Check her out on, "Live At Daryl's House", where she performed with Daryl Hall and his band on the Hall & Oates' classic, "Out of Touch", she's awesome!

I heard this song on the radio today for the first time in a long time and man I was struck by it in such a way I just had to Shazam it. What a great piece of music, so well written and performed. This comes from a Freddie Mercury lover first and foremost, so.... I imagine I'm not a fan of her politics by reading between the lines, I hope she's not as woke as some observations suggest, but in any case, she has earned my respect enough for me to reflect on my stance. Great people have that power.

KT Tunstall owed the video shop I used to work in £40 in unpaid late return fees, I don't believe she ever paid it off before the company went bust.
