My husband went through the exact same thing with a vindictive ex and 9 children. His older children who were out of the house knew the truth, but the younger ones still in the care of their mother became totally alienated. It took time, but they all eventually reconciled with their father, and loved him very much. He passed 5 years ago at the age of 79, and all.his children were at his side! Time can heal, but forgiveness, even for imagined or orchestrated offenses are imperative.
Time go’s by fast, people don’t live forever. I found out the hard way .🥲 sooo take advantage of the time u have now with your father kids.🌺

Kate probably doesn't care if Jon dies from COVID. She probably wants him too just so she can film all of the 6 kids who live with her again!! She could of tried to bring "Kate Plus Date" back on the air with a new network or with Discovery Plus if she wanted too and just film the twins.

I am so glad John survived this all! Obviously he looks much better than when he was on Dr. Oz after covid hospitalization. John is a good guy and I sure wish him the very best. This is going to take time.

As a mom who has been through separated time from a child it hurts and especially when another parent has played a role in them not seeing you....be it intentional or not, if I was John I would write them a letter but if he can’t for legal reasons...I really hope these kids come around one day and forgive him for whatever thoughts they have had that were wrong and they can talk through it and one day have a real relationship again!

Dr.oz, i recently had surgery, was home and seen this episode. Basically it saved me! I felt something in the back of my leg, i decided to go to the hospital and sure enough it was a clot!

I had pulmonary emboli couple years ago. It really is a life and death moment. Listen to your body and don't delay getting medical help.

My heart aches and breaks for each person suffering today. This so hits home. Shortly after hospitalized with covid i also felt this calf pain and how scary it was with the thought that I could have a dvt or a pulmonary embolism. I really hope he feels lots better today. Many people don't realize how many people are going thru so many months even a year or so of severe post covid symptoms. Lots of compassion to all involved.
My heart hurts for this entire family. So much disconnection and they will spend an eternity healing if they every do sit down and work out their problems.
Sending well wishes. Pulmonary embolism is hell on earth. I know. Ive had 2. One after surgery and the second after my other surgery. I would scream on accident whenever I tried to breathe in. I hope for a fast full recovery

I survived 4 blood clots. They are nothing to blow off. Always check for DVTs when you feel tiredness, heaviness, warmth and sharp pain in just one leg - just to be on the safe side. Be well everyone.

hopefully when the twins are finished college and are self-supporting they will reunite with their dad. But while they're studying aren't they at least somewhat dependent on Kate financially? But no doubt, they'll want whatever interactions they have with Jon to be off camera, or off social media
Well, in his first trip to the Dr. Oz show he kept saying there was a contest lawsuit against him, with Kate’s people were telling him to do this to get money. He said, it was anything and everything. Kate let reality tv go to her head Jon walked away from it, they all try to make Jon out to be this awful person he isn’t. Still, no one’s ever perfect nor will they ever be. Everyone makes there fair share of mistakes. The 2 of the six he has seems very happy , it just blows my mind that after all the stunts Kate has pulled and, especially with the 2 he has, I’m surprised that the judge didn’t give him custody of the rest of the other 4 despite there age and all the court orders Kate has going for her, I would 💭.......................................................................... Kate well, she’s something elese. I hope Jon is reunited with the rest of his children one day soon, God bless.
Is it safe for Dr Oz to have guests in person, especially one that has recently had Covid 19? Glad to see Jon is feeling better.
They are probably tested regularly for Covid. John is over it and will likely be immune for a time. If they are in Florida nobody seems to care but I’m sure Dr. Oz is located somewhere else.

Wow this makes me more “conscious” of my sedentary lifestyle at age 62(tomorrow). I don’t have a car so I can’t just hop in a car and go somewhere. It gets into triple degrees in the summer plus wildfires so the air quality is really unhealthy. I have or have had(past few decades except past few years) severe chronic back pain from too much walking, or doing everyday things(which could throw out my back before). Plus I injured my right knee during last summer somehow making it painful to walk on it. It really is a scary thing when we don’t get enough exercise. I have never really paid attention to the old “Kate Plus Eight” show, I just hope John stays healthy for himself and everyone around him. He is still young!

My boyfriend has had two DVT's and two pulmonary embolisms. He's almost died twice. The last time he had a PE, there was an instrument put into the right side of his neck and heparin was going into his lungs. That procedure was done back in 2018.
Now, we are on our way to the hospital because a dvt passed the back of his left back knee.
Please wish us luck because the surgeon back in 2018 said if he has one more PE that he won't make it.

Covid is no joke . August and I am still SOB. I’m a nurse and my 02 sat drops to below 90 while I am walking or exerting my self .
When I was in the hospital for a month, I remember getting a shot once or every other day to keep me from getting blood clots.
Dr. Oz should facilitate a meetup with Jon and the kids
Dr. Phil is the one who should facilitate a meetup with all the kids plus both parents.
This guy has gone through so much. COVID and the jab injuries are causing clots and heart disease. Dr Drew channel has been having doctors on every day for the last 3 months. Mandates for jab has been stopped.

Then, one of the girls. Yeah, sadly he will never get to see the rest of his kids till they turn 18 and, out from under Kate’s wing.

That was just the twins I don’t think the sextuplets have spoken publicly about him. While I believe the 4 sextuplets that are with Kate aren’t speaking to him, it’s all hearsay from Jon since they have never commented publicly on their relationship with Jon or even their siblings Hannah and Collin. I’m sure they aren’t talking to him since the only pictures he posts of are Hannah and Collin.
This has always confused me. What exactly has Jon said about Mady and Cara in public that has them so fuming? I’d really like to know. The only things I’ve seen seem tame and inconsequential.

It's amazing Jon can do nothing right according to some people. If he answers questions about or reaches out to his estranged kids he is criticized. If he doesn't... same condemnation. Then he's crucified for signing over his parental rights due to the legal power plays by his ex wife . People seem to forget that he was dealing with a serverely toxic, highly manipulative ex spouse who was financially and publicly supported by a tv network at the time. So Jon walked and told his kids to come to him if they ever needed him. Save for two of them the others chose not to. Important to remember that children are like sponges, highly impressionable and easily indoctrinated. Kate could control the narrative of their dad as he was not there to defend himself. Should Jon have been stronger at that complicated, overwhelming and chaotic time years ago?? Probably. However, given the same situation, most anyone else would have also been forced to walk away from such a toxic and destructive ordeal. Maybe he felt that giving Kate what she wanted with parental rights would be less disruptive for his children's lives at that time? This was not a perfect situation. Therefore no outcome will be perfect either. Maybe his kids will mature enough to be independent thinkers one day??. Or maybe not. Look at what others like Brad Pitt are dealing with in regards to another mentally toxic and revengeful ex spouse. Unlike Jon, Brad at least has the financial means to try to fight for his rights to his kids. But it's not easy when the other spouse can skillfully indoctrinate the kids. It's a constant legal battle to gain access to provide some balance to what the children are led to believe. CONTEXT and empathy are sorely needed here by all 'armchair psychologists' musing on the sidelines !!

@@jennahope4353 The vaccine may hurt mitochondria/thyroid which may cause clots. A higher thyroid dose may help. Gluten may cause low thyroid also and cause swelling/inflammation/clotting disorders. Vit K2...can get at a health food store or on Amazon. Mercola brand seems to help 180mcg. A person may have to take it 3 times to get rid of a clot or take 600mcg kind on Amazon. I've read online that Kate has moved to North Carolina along with the 4 sextuplets. And someone in the comments in this video is saying that Jon wrote the letter that Collin actually wrote to Jon to get him out of the institution that Kate has sent him to and the person said that Jon knew where Collin was before the letter was sent to him lol!!! We all know that Collin wrote that letter lol.

I collected all the seasons on dvd not just because the kids are adorable, but to watch and be inspired by Jon and see Kate’s true colors come out. I would watch the show and stick up for the kids and Jon and tell Kate stop being so controlling and bossy and bullying towards Jon and the kids and listen to your kids feelings and Jon’s feelings.

I've had to give myself Lovinox and Heparin in the stomach many many times.I pricked my finger one day,4 hrs later still not stopped .Another time cut my finger to the bone , not one drop of blood.So sometimes to me its a guessing game.When i first learned about it, went to a med library and read up very interesting.I do have to make sure i don't miss my meds up.so Jon do what the drs say.
We don’t know what happened behind closed doors I’m guessing both parties are not innocent when it comes to the kids but hopefully that can change
Funny thing is that he is asking for these tests and he gets them and they save his life. Try to be your average Joe and ask for these tests and see how far you get. My doctor would have told me to ice my leg and take antacids for my chest.

A family member of mine died of a pulmonary embolism and she died at home. She thought she had a respiratory infection and went to the hospital and they sent her home telling her it was most likely a virus.

I like Jon and wish him the very best. I used to watch JK8 but when Jon left it just wasn't the same. Her bickering and his comedic replies to save the day, he always made me laugh on the show.
I feel like Jon has done all he could. Kate has the money on her side and she is a bully. I think the kids when all are grown, will reach out more to Jon and see he only tried to do what was best for them. He does love them.

Did the families of the people whose lungs were used give consent? There were plenty of good illustrations used. I have a problem with use of people’s organs for the monetary gains of Dr Oz
It was probably pig lungs since they are comparable to humans
Once a person gives consent for organs and tissues or bodies to be used in science wherever they end up is where they end up. If these are human lungs, Dr Oz ended up with them and can do as he wants.
That dose suck but I feel like they're exaggering this big time. About a year ago I had multiple blood clot in my LUNGS (that were all discovered at the same time). I did not need heart surgery and most people don't. It can literally be fixed by taking a blood thinner pill.
Did you have a deadly virus before getting them? Covid can really mess up a person.

His kids whom I'm sure have been brainwashed by Kate. Even if they don't realize it yet, they will.
I see year's and year's of therapy in their future over it.
And whatbif he had passed, how would those children ever have forgived themselves for all the lost Daddy year's and memories that they will never get back.
Any custodial parent who allows this is not making decisions based on the child's best interest. Unless the non custodial parent is a miscreant. And he is not.
I hope that they can get it back on track soon, before more missed memories occur.

Kate was so evil when the camera was rolling I hate to think of the torture he went through when the camera crew weren’t filming.
Yeah.... cause TLC didn't direct you to only what they wanted you to see...It amazing that all the parents on here never yelled at their children...
I'm glad he was able to get to the hospital in time, and good thing he is a hypochondriac, I am too. It maybe what saved him, being aware of your body and taking care of it. I always liked jon, and felt he got the wrong end of the stick. Kaye seems to be a control freak, and just all over all of them with scheduling every second of there life. I hope his children, come around and realize there are 2 sides of the story, and they have one set of parents, and just hope they can resolve there issues, because were not guaranteed tomorrow. 🙏
Jon is such a reasonable guy - I saw how much he loved all his kids and what he did for them when they were all small - he doesn’t deserve this. I hope his kids will see his is not perfect as none of us are - but he is a good guy. Wish they all the best.
