Now govt took initiative,some become aware.So far train facilities are concern,Iran earn money from oil which we are not . We started to bring up people from poverty level. We need to bring most of citizens under direct tax as most of them are out of that bracket .No tax on agriculture,tribal area. We are not that rich like Iran.Now we started Bhande varat. For all train in that strature will take few more year. So we have to digest that criticism.

Showing reality is not defaming the Country. It's absolutely one's own prerogative in which class he or she would travel. No body can comment on their choice. If the public and the administration as well lacks in the sense of cleanliness and discipline it will automatically reveal. It goes without saying that inspite of Swach Bharat campaign by the PM very little or nothing has been achieved in this regard due to public disinterest and lackadaisical approach of the administration.
Time has come for the administration to put the people behind the bars who litter. Same principle is applicable for the civic authorities who doesn't perform their duty. One should remember discipline makes a nation great.
