Some free advice for you guys: 60dBA is very loud. Why not use fans with lower noise level? The product is still not a low price level product for the end user, so somewhat more premium fans should fit your product concept better I think. And why are you mixing the water with air?, you let it in the reservoir from the top. If feed from bottom while using a divider wall, you can let the air separate out nicely in the reservoir. Distilled water. As the recommendation mentions the conductivity as the only factor to consider(?) while choosing/maintaining the liquid, I would be careful if adding antifreeze or other additive to the water. I used about 10 liters of de-ionized water for the first day of running my miner just to "wash" the miner and the cooler. That was about two fill ups, and in between these I made sure I emptied the system. Then I have only filled it once again, but with distilled water, and now my conductivity meter shows that my cooling water settled at a conductivity under 20 μs/cm. It slowly rises again though, so I likely will empty and refill it again in a few days. I assumed the recommendation of low conductivity for the cooling liquid is related to the consequences of leakage, but I'm not sure :D The only reason one would consider adding antifreeze that I could think of is that historically some antifreeze additives had a portion of Tolyltriazole in them, to prevent galvanic corrosion. There should be no need for that if you use same material in the radiator as in the miner cooling block (normally aluminum). I would avoid adding anything to the distilled water, as it likely just make the water get higher conductivity.
This Antminer is advertised with 257 TH/s. Even with this huge Coolingsystem it just delivers 135TH/s!? Am i wrong or did this missed the advertised performance by 48%!?

all radiators weather in a car or power plant or a Ac unit, are rated in wats. its not a representation of consumption its a representation of heat dumping capacity. this rad can expel 8Kw of heat.

The hahsrate in our video is the data when the mining machine just starts running. To reach 257T, you need to wait for a while.
