Hi ! FYI... We just had breakfast here last week and for the omelettes, you can ask them to make you a special one that has all the vegs and ham too. They offered when I couldn't decided if I wanted the ham and cheese or the veg one. Love your videos!
Love this review, and it's very accurate! I'm so glad you mentioned that the beignets are the same as the ones at Golden Oak Outpost in MK, because I was having a little fomo since I couldn't squeeze a visit in before I left. Those beignets were the best thing on the buffet and I may or may not have eaten three 😳 As far as if it's worth the cost I have to agree with Ryan, because I love character interactions and he did me a solid by pulling those fresh cinnamon rolls forward right as I was walking by. 😁
Not a character breakfast but one of our favorites breakfast buffets is at Boma! Such a different variety along with the usual favorites. The bread pudding and sticky buns are amazing! Not to mention the oxtail stew for dinner! Would love to see you review it! 😊
Agreed about 1900 Park Fare. It was so weird with the hodgepodge of characters. We didn’t have Tiana the night we were there, we had Snow White. Encanto would have been a better choice or inside out or another single theme. The food for dinner was ok, again just all over the place. A buffet with the Encanto theme would be amazing! I hope the tea room reopens. Loved the afternoon tea there. We do like Chef Mickey’s and Topolino each for what they bring. Always fun to get your perspective! 😊
Berry compote is the best on a Mickey waffle. Just need whip cream. I still love Chef Mickey’s as it’s probably my favorite memory of my children’s excitement over seeing the characters. I prefer to do a character buffet over waiting in multiple lines to see characters. So for me, it was always worth the price when my kids were little. Now, I will skip until I have grandchildren. Though, I love Topolino’s breakfast food and will go there without kids. I am with Ryan, a big breakfast fills me for the entire day.
Hey Ryan, Goofy was trying to tell you he liked your shirt. Nate and RSVTS would be very disappointed in your powers of observation and opportunity for sales!!!
@@wrightdownmainstreet lol no way! What in the world would you do with rice with that then??? (We weren't insulting your intelligence btw) we just assumed
We ate lunch at Hollywood and Vine on our last Disney trip and we loved it. The characters were constantly coming to our table so we saw them a lot. Definitely spent a lot of time with us and the food wasn’t bad either. Well worth it!😊
@@wrightdownmainstreet Next time you should try it! I would like to hear your review. I’ve been to it so many times I wonder if I am just partial to it. I do think they offer more variety, we usually do the breakfast. 😃
I saw the same bad buffet behavior at Cape May and was shocked… eating while waiting in line, licking fingers and grabbing serving utensils , and COUGHING!
People have no manners, especially buffet ettiquette. I have seen people cough and sneeze at chef mickeys buffet and then grab the spoon to put food on their plate. Last month we were at magic kingdom and i was waiting with my toddler for a family bathroom to change his diaper. This older lady came up and asked if i was waiting. I said yes i have to change my sons diaper. The person in the bathroom comes out and the lady waiting says to me as she is half way into the bathroom, would you mind if i went in first. I said i guess not as she closed the door behind her. I guess she figured she had priority over a toddler.
I often laugh at myself - I have definitely entered my grumpy era! In addition to buffet etiquette, we also need elevator etiquette, escalator etiquette, and general walking etiquette. 🤣🤣🤷🏻♀️
We went to Chef Mickeys right after it reopened and it was only $25/person (family style, no characters). We really liked it under those conditions-there’s no way I would go there now. Way too overpriced and the buffet is kinda gross. It’s also loud and not my cup of tea. I LOVED Topolino’s for breakfast!! Much better food, amazing characters, and I was able to order a breakfast Old Fashioned with my meal
People always talked about how bad it was, now that I have toddlers I’ve finally gone and honestly it’s not bad! We really liked the food at both breakfast and dinner surprisingly 😂 But the PRICE like my goodness it’s so expensive
I'm telling you people in the Chef Mickey's buffet line have absolutely no chill. It happens at other buffets too I'm sure, but I just see it happen way more often at Chef Mickey's.
We don't have young kids but do like exploring different breakfast places. I think you have effectively scared us away just by the busy and rude patron factor you described 🫤
Love your shirt 😍😍 and I’m obsessed with the characters and you ❤️
Hi Kristen I love the enthusiasm. Your presentation skills are improving good job
Thank you for your honest review!
Thanks for watching!

Would love to see you review Minnie's Beach Bash Character breakfast at the Beach Club Resort.
It's funny because we almost went there instead of Chef Mickey's. Totally going soon!
Another great and honest video! Thanks Kristen!
Cheesy potato and biscuits and gravy makes me so happy😁😁😁

I miss seeing everyone together once in awhile..Ryan, Kristen, Sean and Nate!😢

Any plans to have breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table? Would love to hear your opinion on that breakfast.

great video, I love the plates are they ceramic?
I would love if you did a review on Capa at the four seasons orlando.
I would love that too! Maybe soon 😊

I noticed that too. Lol
Another great video. Does Chef Mickey's do a doggy bag? You could load up for the day!
1900 park fare is not on the dining plan. I remember in years past when it opened it was included !! But I agree with you very odd mix of characters
It all looks really delicious but geez $54?! Great video as always!
I couldn't at that price point but I will say that Crystal Palace is absolutely worth the money.
Crystal Palace is $6 cheaper, in Magic Kingdom, and the food tastes better/ is more unique. Definitely a better option in my opinion!
Crystal palace is so good!!
Just an FYI, it isn't rice next to the sausage gravy and biscuits, it's grits. It's the "southern breakfast" section
It was rice, I know what grits are 😅 It was labeled as rice as well

So much more time with characters and less rushed at Hollywood & Vine
I think it looked worth it… have had dinner there before… love I!!!😊
I’ve done a few character meals at both WDW and DL and by far my favorite is Goofy’s Kitchen. 😊
I stayed at the Disneyland hotel a few weeks ago and contemplated going to Goofy's Kitchen. I have to check it out one of these times

Kristen rules, Ryan drools. Sorry Ryan. 🤣

i haven't been there since the 90s
This comment makes you sound like an old man
We are DL regulars and have never had any character meals.
You don’t have as many in Disneyland as we do here in WDW! Definitely a cool experience that you should check out
How much is the grand total? Is 54 .00 includes tax ?

People should all get a buffet ettiquete lesson before going to Chef Mickey's
So true, some people turn into wild hogs at the buffet!

Meet Character At Character Meal = Character Meets Your Table

thanks for the video. 54 turns to 70 with tax and tip. just some very basic breakfast buffet. 3000 calories or more. Enjoy!
It's 54 dollars because you are paying for the character experience mainly
People always talked about how bad it was, now that I have toddlers I’ve finally gone and honestly it’s not bad! We really liked the food at both breakfast and dinner surprisingly 😂 But the PRICE like my goodness it’s so expensive
Not defending chef mickey but tough to evaluate buffets because the longer it sits the worse it is
I can't justify that high price for an average breakfast buffet. Characters or not, it wasn't an exceptional breakfast buffet.
Crystal palace pooh characters costumes are well worn
I have seen someone stick there finger in the food and it was something I wouldn't get anyway Kristen.
I'm telling you people in the Chef Mickey's buffet line have absolutely no chill. It happens at other buffets too I'm sure, but I just see it happen way more often at Chef Mickey's.
@@wrightdownmainstreet The place I am talking about is Golden Corral which is not to far from wear I live Kristen.
Really enjoyed this video. $54? Ouch. 😊
Thank you! Costs a pretty penny that’s for sure 🥴
going back to "ole faithful," for $6ish more, you can EAT A TOP QUALITY DINNER at O'Hana! huge dissonance between the two!
Omg so true! Way better value for sure
disney world sucks
