- Got your mentats handy? Here are 12 great locations of locked terminals for each skill level, and a few workarounds to getting that Codebreaker Badge. Also, I got a little bit naughty and played with nuclear warheads. Don't tell my mom.

Great video it helped a lot. I would just suggest in the future (this was 3 yrs ago so maybe you have) I'd leave the shot of the map / location on the screen a bit longer.
Poseidon Power Plant's a great place for level three terminals. All the outside doors have them, and the enemies in the area are low level.
My problem is I have a passcode for it that completely bypasses the minigame, and doesn't count as hacking, I'm gonna need to find somewhere else for my last master terminal...
Not even they are level 0
At Poseidon Energy plant once you complete that terminal, unlock the door and walk in. There's another level 3 terminal to unlock the doors. Two level 3 terminals right next to each other!

I hear ya! I was lucky enough to find a server with the Encrypted event, people are constantly getting downed during that and there are plenty of people to revive there.
Even for new players, these videos are a great source of help, and entertaining to boot! Thank you for the content.

Took me a little over an hour by myself, with guidance. With help from friends, I'm sure it will be much easier! Either way, good luck, and bring a lot of bullets!
If you, like I hate the hacking minigame there's a brute Force approach. Just pick the first three words, then exit and repeat. Might take a while but given the probability you will get it within a few tries.
You can actually find all the Level 3 terminals you need right in the nuke silos. ... I survived this one, but just barely. (My handmade broke, and I neglected to carry a backup.) I doubt I'll ever do this quest again, especially since the rewards were so lame. I'll just show up and farm when other people nuke the fissure sites. ;-)
Yeah, same. Once was more than enough for me, I feel like there are so many other events and quests out there that give better ex and rewards. I ran out of bullets, and was happy to see a tinkers bench in there.

Super grateful for your video, getting all of the tadpole quests done now, this video would be even better if you displayed the computers in an order that would have saved Caps fast traveling, did a lot of zigzagging and costs some caps. Thank you for the video!

I hate launching nukes but it's the only way to get elements like flux or hardened mass (I'm saving materials to make my jetpack) for me it's the most difficult part of the game. I've made it two times alone and other one with a team. While alone took me one hour, a bunch of stimpacks and broken weapons, with a group I spent less items, but the enemies were stronger (sorry for my bad english lol)

Oh for sure. Luckily there are a lot of community resources that makes things a bit easier. I love watching videos about a good solo build and perusing the r/fo76 and r/filthycasuals for some great info to help me play solo. I've teamed up maybe 4 times my entire time playing.
I've been seeing the overpowering benefits of charisma and how playing in a full four player team is way overpowering to everybody if they are all playing with certain levels of charisma very interesting stuff I'm just not friendly enough to figure out but I'm curious about

There is a terminal in one of the cabins at Pioneer scout camp, right by the scout leader. There are also exam terminals at Camp Adams, where the Event Campfire Tales is. :)
