That's because foreign countries tend to patronize that kind of singing ability which is indeed very common to our country, if you want a different style, Search for KZ tandingan, her performances on WISH FM channel here in youtube are superbly creative and unique.
She's got a dramatic and tremendous standing ovation not only from the audience but even her fellow contestants. That is something else. And really a commendable performance IVY! Very very good job!!! Bring home the bacon by this time.
She was my favorite. I'm disappointed she got dropped out because she didn't get the visa to America, it's not fair, since the show is in UK, not the USA. People should make a campaign for an exception and she could audition in UK... But ok, if that was something unavoidable, at least Sharon should have given her place back to Marianna, not that freakish creature Honey G.

But the show is X-Factor UK that is ewhy she auditioned there, not in the US. For her to lose the chance to compete because she didnn't get a US Visa to record as portion of the song is very unfortunate when in the end they'll do the live show in UK.
She's really gone. XF UK FB page confirmed that Honey G will replace her. Thankfully Sarah Aalto is a wildcard that Nicole choose to help strengthen Sharon's category again!

I knew she is the TNT grand finalist and she did amazing here too but unfortunately she didn't got her chance to be here at XFactor because of the Visa issue.. that was also similar to Jacque Houdek who also auditioned here with a tourist Visa to UK but lost his chance to continue because he used a tourist visa although he auditioned not really being a finalist for live shows.
She is clearly very inspired by Patti La Belle. She uses exactly the same phrasing as her. And she does it very well! Few people can sing with a range like Patti La Belle. Well done Ivy Grace 😃🎉🏆

Simon Cowell once said before " To sing a Whitney Houston is very hard but to sing a Mariah Carey song is a vocal suicide ." And she did both, Whitney here and her audition, and Mariah Carey in bootcamp. She really deserve to come back to this competition and not drop out due to stupid VISA issues
