One of the best TV comedy shows ever. And honestly, quite underrated
It went up against _Friends,_ but it still had a huge fan following. People who watch the show love the show.

I use to love watching this show with my dad. Props , hats, and especially scenes from a hat were his favorites . Such amazing times
Sound Effects was such an underrated gem especially when the sound effects were so bad and Colin and Ryan made it hilarious.

I also like the version of Sound effects where it's just Colin and Ryan where Colin is doing the visuals and Ryan is on the side with a mike doing the sounds
Party Quirks is probably my favorite. The one where Ryan had to be Carol Channing getting stuck to things was the best one.
Is that the one where he accidentally broke the light on Drew's desk? I still cringe in sympathetic agony everytime I think about it... and admire how he didn't break character even once

Although it had to hurt, it still makes me laugh because Ryan was so committed to the bit that he acts like Carol Channing with glass in her hair. 🤣 And everyone else can't stop laughing because Ryan didn't mean to do it... it's comedy gold!
This brings me back; my husband and I used to watch this when we first started dating. Such a great show. 💜
I'll never forget one particular Scenes from a Hat moment, "Things You'd Say to Your Dog But Not Your Girlfriend".

Really surprised 'Whose Line', 'Secret and 'Irish Drinking Song' didnt make it on the list! There are some games that should have been played a lot more frequently like 'The millionaire show', 'Film, Tv and Theatre Styles', 'Showstopping Number' and 'Daytime Talkshow'. These were always hilarious🤣
This show was the absolute best
I LOVED "Questionable Impressions" when they would do the normal "Questions" game, but they each had to do a different impression of a celebrity or character. If Drew thought the impression was bad, he would buzz them out. Ryan did a GREAT Carol Channing, Jimmy Stewart, John Wayne and Elvis. Colin was never very good at impressions, so when he just walked out and said he was Craig T. Nelson while acting normal, it was HILARIOUS! He also did a VERY funny Peter Graves who hosted the show "Biography". Another of my favorites you didn't mention was "African Chant". Wayne joked about why was he the one who always had to sing the African Chant. The others usually sang and danced in the background without having ANY rhythm or choreography. Another HILARIOUS game was "Show Stopping Number" when they each had to break into a show stopping number based on the line they had just said when Drew stops them. Most of the time, Colin didn't make any sense, so it was SO funny! "Sound Effects" with audience members is my absolute favorite game they do. The quacking elephant one, pregnant Colin stuffing a baby back into himself while on a roller coaster, and those two old ladies who didn't make ANY sounds are the funniest ones! 😆
Another thing that made Weird Newscasters great was the pun names that Colin came up with! Those were always great. The nick nack paddy whack joke was pretty clever and definitely hilarious too.
What makes Weird Newscasters extra special is the anchors names that Colin brilliantly comes up with it. It causes extreme hilarity.

The funniest thing about watching this show is that my son was little when it originally aired and he would be laughing just because the audience was, and then say "wait, I don't get it." He loves it more now that he understands the adult jokes.
What's In The Bag, a game from the more recent run, is always hilarious. Ryan & Colin do a scene using bags/purses that audience members let them use, periodically pulling things out of the bags for the scene ( like the time Ryan pulled out a baggie of pills...not even kidding ). There's also a game where they use audience members' cell phones & read their texts as lines similar to the game Whose Line which always ends up creating some hilarious WTF moments
Scenes from a hat, irish drinking song, and Hoedown always are the best 3 games.
I want to write a "Weird Newscasters" segment.
Colin is the host.
Greg is the world's dorkiest supervillain.
Wayne thinks Colin stole his watch and is gonna confront him about it.
Ryan is John Wayne getting more and more drunk.
I actually did one using four of my “friends” from my fanfiction.
“Link, you’re the anchor. Sonic, your his co-anchor…and you keep getting pelted by Poké Balls by a Trainer who thinks you’re a Pokémon.”
SONIC: (rolls eyes)
“Mario, you’re doing sports and…” (SNERK) “Mario, we’ll get to you in a minute…”
MARIO: Wait, what…?
“Megaman, you’re doing weather…and a random malfunction happens to you when you use an actual weather term.”
MEGAMAN: Oh, goody…
“Okay, Mario? You…are Captain Lou Albano!”
MARIO: (head in hands) Mama Mia…
My favorite was 2 line vocabulary. Colin is at his best when his driven nuts by the other two performers... 😂
can't believe you didn't mention the H-O-R-W-A-R-D scene and Ryan breaking the light tube with his head
the Living Scenery with Richard Simmons is by far the funniest moment in Whose Line history.

I remember many late nights laughing my butt off while watching Hoedown, Irish Drinking Song, Wierd Newscasters, 2 phrase questions, Newsflash, Let's Make A Date, Party Quirks, Infommercial 🤣🤣 Good Times Good times💚🧡💛
Hoedown and Irish Drinking Song should both be in the top 5.

One I've always loved. "Secret" exists for one reason and one reason alone: For Ryan and Colin to drive each other insane. The audience suggests where the secret is to be found, Colin usually is the one who finds the secret, and Ryan is the one who drives the story (and gets weird). One classic "Secret" performance was Ryan playing Noah and Colin as his wife ... the Secret comprises 18 Commandments and Ryan running with it.
Colin: "Thou shalt not wear leather! What was that?!"
Ryan: "I just made them up as I went along!"

We need Top 10 or 20 videos for most of those games. There are just so many hilarious moments that were skipped or cut short! The segue bit, arctic tern, and tapioca, just to name a few from one game alone. The regular infomercial game was great too.

Whose Line Is It Anyway is my favorite sitcom game show in the 90s. I laugh so hard at every game.
That Robin Williams episode is probably the best episode.
That and the Richard Simmons one are both up there.
Whose Line is a classic. It will always be funny. Scenes from a Hat is my favorite.
My older sister introduced me to this show and OMG I couldn't breathe for some of these skits because I was laughing so hard 😂 🤣
I enjoyed Colin's lines as anchor on weird newscasters. He usually had a hilarious pun or story.
Somehow I knew Scenes From A Hat and Greatest Hits were going to be on top 😂😂
It's sad that the main actors won't be there anymore after this season. They don't get raises and no pay for past shows shown somewhere else. Colllin said they aren't coming back after this season.

I loved this show! I’m not sure I can pick a favorite game but can’t miss sound effects, news flash or questionable impressions. Don’t care all that much for the ones hosted by Iesha Tyler though.

if they could make this into a home card game or something like that , that would be a hit!
But they explain the rules to each game every time it’s played, so anyone can, at any time, just play any of these games. Sure, a board game would perhaps make it more random, giving random games in random order. But given how easy it is to just pick up any of these games at any time makes it kind of redundant.
I wouldn’t really be against it rhough, and would most probably end up buying it, but the thing about it becoming a board game is that it would neuter the creativity of the games a bit by not having the audience participation aspect of the show, in that, for the game, all actions, ideas, or suggestions would be from the game itself (unless of course people add their own thing into it, which would arguably make it better, depending on the imagination of the players of course).
Guess what I’m trying to say is, it could potentially be a fun board game, but that would be dependent on how it would be made. How many suggestions, how many prompts and ideas would be added.

I still watch the show all the time when I was a kid
6:00 Of all the games they play on here, I always crack up with Sound Effects, but ONLY when it’s Colin acting and Ryan sounding. It’s HILARIOUS and random, which hypes up the scene.
IMHO, the audience members making sound effects for Colin and Ryan BARELY make me chuckle…it’s awkward, it’s boring, and they never match up with whatever is played out. It may be an unpopular opinion, but they never should have brought others on board; keep the game to the masters of improv!
And I also find it funny how the Whose Line show clips are ALWAYS to the early US version. Anyone else have a hard time getting into the rebooted version?

Love they brought it back but Hate the ones with the Female Host... They are Not as Funny as the even the Original British Version. The Drew Carry Ones are the best. They Feel Forced and Held Back in the ones with the Female Host.
The games where Aisha participates, she's funnier than Drew, but all of the main cast had so much comedic chemistry with Drew Carey that the show was usually better overall. Also leaned a little too hard on the guest thing in the later Aisha episodes, which sometimes funny, but too often mixed.
