Hi Nate, happy holidays, I have a few questions for you. My channel is for kids, do you have experience coaching this kind of content? How much do you charge it for? Any recommend for the coaches?
@computertibo It still doesn't work, unfortunately. What I'm doing is trying to update the original that I got from him based on what he shows in the video.
Taken me 2 years of full time Youtubing to go from 53 subs to just over 22K subs! The number one take I carry away from this video is FOCUS! I'm going for the 100K subs in 2025 and with focus I WILL achieve that. Thanks Nate and a very Merry Christmas to you and all the epic best for 2025!
Ive been posting videos almost every day this month and have noticed which ones catch on to the viewer so im going to lean into those and hope for some authentic growth in 2025!
Interesting, I saw this video flash up on my feed a couple of weeks ago, but I was in the middle of (or still food-and-booze-and-people-hungover from) the Christmas New Year festivities. Definitely didn't want to be thinking about work. I'm so glad YT suggested the video to me again now that I'm back in work mode! Thank you as always, Nate for your incredible content!
honestly, i've really been feeling this recently. i spent the last year focusing my channel on the overlap of what lights me up, and what "works", and it still feels kinda unsustainable, time to just simplify even more and make things that 1- feel great to make 2- are easy-ish to make, 3- trust the process
Hell, Nate, that planner is serious value! I have around 60 video ideas in my Stuff To Do list and I'm suffering from a lack of ability to prioritize , so I end up not getting anything published. Having a tool that organises my scatterbrained plans and offers a priority order is great. I'm not saying I'll follow the priority, as I react negatively to bring told what to do, but I might make a DIFFERENT video just to be a contrarian. Result!
Listen man, I'm just an outdoor adventure channel tryin' to repair my broken marriage and pay off some debts I owe to some very dangerous people. My plan for 2025 is to keep postin' episodes and not get killed.
Nate, I have a well-established channel in Polish (about 120k subs), but knowing that English-speaking audience is at least 30x bigger than Poland, I'd love to start doing it also in English. Do you have any tips for this particular challenge? I already publish one video every week and then prepare subtitles. Translating them and then re-recording the audio voiceover would take significant amount of time, but much less than recording every video twice. ;) Any tips? Best, Krzysiek
This feels like my year! I’ve got under 100 subscribers but I love my little community and hope we genuinely grow this year. ❤🎉 Ty Nate for all your wisdom you take time to share. 😊
Excellent advice as always Nate, you rock! I've had slow, but constant, growth since adopting your ideas to my channel. Thank you! Happy Holidays man! I look forward to 2025!
Hi Nate, after watching you for years and making incremental changes to my existing channel (based around building guitars) I have just started a brand new channel for a new business and I’m using everything I’ve learned from you right from the start (thumbnails, telling the story, good audio etc, cohesive look) and I’m so excited to see how this works for a completely new channel! You’ve inspired me to do it right from the outset and I really appreciate all the knowledge you give away, it makes a huge difference. Thank you.
Thanks for the video. I have a lot of planning to do 😂 Interesting theory about being stuck! I've been feeling like that with many things lately. Time to think outside the box!
Great video, Nate. Excited to start building out my channel this year! I’ll be using a lot of insights from your videos so I appreciate all the value for share!
Thank you for this! It was just what I needed. I have been meaning to get started on your advice, but was feeling overwhelmed. The timing of this video was perfect for me. ❤
Nate - thank you so much for this tool! You already have my brain running with ideas. I really like the concept of SEAS - validating an idea to move it to production, however as the producer wouldn't we think ALL of our ideas have high scores? Yes, a video planning video would be good, especially for some of us newbies who think we're doing everything correctly but have no idea. Maybe in the planning video help us on how to validate an idea not just in our own mind, but in the mind of our audience.
Thank you so much, Nate!! Listening while cooking, so I will be coming back tomorrow, because this needs the desktop ability to, ahem, focus. But Happy Holidays to you and yours. 🤗🤗🤗
Love it! Very helpful, thank you Nate. Going to be reviewing my channel over the vacation, so going to use your guidance in this video (and several of your others) to help me do it. Merry Christmas!
This is awesome. That worksheet is a great way to store and manage ideas and production. A little clunky on mobile... but I'm figuring it out the more I work with it. It'll be fine when I'm used to it. Thanks! I have been trying to find a good system for storing and processing ideas and this is a great way to go about it. Also I like that its process based. Anyone who has ever worked production of any kind knows that process is king and that's what keeps things rolling in the good times and the bad. Making car parts or videos, I don't think it matters, stick to the process. This is a massive head start on forming the processes for anyone seriously looking into making a career of youtube.
I like the planning tool... or at least it makes sense. I think the planning is very useful as I spend way too much time wringing my hands over what to do next. I can see that down the road I will need a tool to be a second brain for research, so I'm not re-treading the same ground, plus can correlate related subjects. Ideas welcome. (Currently using Devonthink). Merry Christmas, Nate, and thank you for all you do.
I am in second 00:30 and I can already say what I will get what the video is about, and as a person with ADHD I am more than grateful for a glimps into your strategies.
Howdy Howdy, Nate! Does your TH-cam strategy for 2025 include a course by any chance? I can't afford the 1:1 but I desperately need a refresher course. Cheers 🥂

I've been creating TH-cam videos for over 16 years, but for the first 15 years it was really just for the love of creating cool things. This year I finally began to understand the strategy of TH-cam and I'm so certain that by the end of 2025 we will have over 100,000 subscribers. I tried really hard to implement the strategies I've learned from you and other similar channels in my most recent video and it got picked up by the algorithm in a way I've never seen. However... I know that each video going forward can get even better. Any chance you'd like to roast my most recent one? :)
I know you’re asking him and not me, but shooting short videos (not full videos) and uploading vertical clips was the key for me, and make sure the shorts link to the video of the full song

Same to you! ❤
YES~!
All the best!
Love your channel name, going to check you out
I am now your 42nd sub! That Iyob (“Job”) video was a great dramatized and modernized example of the tale, I look forward to more(:

Thank you for all the value you add to this community Nate! 🙏🏻 I'm feeling positive and excited for my YT journey in 2025! 😄
Our channel grew 500% in 2024, excited to see how 2025 goes - We have to FOCUS!!! Thanks Nate!

Ok, I liked the video (as always) but I LOVED your final sentences about being stuck. Thanks. That was actually all I needed for now !

Thanks for the amazing tips these are so helpful
I’ve been trying at piecing something like this together in my pages. This is a much easier plug and play option, thank you for providing it!
That’s exactly what I was going for! Glad it helped!
Thank you for the reminders and ideas!
Oh, man. The easter egg potential to have the template say boop the like button inder what we want the audience to do. 1:49

Yes make the production video!
There were so many " How to TH-cam " videos this morning.....I passed over all of them and then spotted you. I'm here for the quality. tHanks
Happy new year! 🎉

My goal for this year (2025) is to edit the videos I have filmed (2-4) post them and film edit and post at least 2 others
Happy New Year to all.
Happy 2025!!!
I would love to hear a production video about the step by step guide into making a video.
I am in second 00:30 and I can already say what I will get what the video is about, and as a person with ADHD I am more than grateful for a glimps into your strategies.
What a present, thank you Nate, Vhug!!
Small channels can grow here to that magic number
Closed captioning went a secret third thing: "knows". Arguably better than nose lol.
Thanks for the helpful videos! Just found your channel while trying to build mine. Subbed
DUDE! HERE YOU ARE! Channel makers is trash without you!
Nate thank you for your channel it’s helped me to grow even a little - I’d be honoured for a cheeky roast ❤️❤️
Cheers Nate🤝
Amazing Tutorial thanks for sharing
Howdy Howdy, Nate! Does your TH-cam strategy for 2025 include a course by any chance? I can't afford the 1:1 but I desperately need a refresher course. Cheers 🥂
Genuinely helpful content! 🙌🏽
Watching this after starting my channel a couple weeks ago. Just in time 🤙
Great advice!
Great video Nate. I'm currently using my phones Notes app to keep track of my video production but I'm interested to explore using your template
Small Channels Unite!
Nate this was again a banger. Just what I needed to get back on track for the next year.

How do you grow your channel if you're just uploading videos of your music?
I know you’re asking him and not me, but shooting short videos (not full videos) and uploading vertical clips was the key for me, and make sure the shorts link to the video of the full song
@@CameronAHorton Good advice, thanks!
Hi Nate, I really like following you, I find you very innovative and think outside the box.
Many thanks for all the ideas, tables, tips...
I have a channel in which I present ideas for trips around Slovenia, especially trips to nature, to the hills, mountains...
I simply don't see how these tables can be useful to me?
I don't have a script ready for the video, I just know where I'm going, I know some interesting things about the route itself, the starting point, the mountain... and I share that with the viewers during the video... Mostly, there's a lot of improvisation and adapting to the moment.
People's reactions are very good, but I still don't make any breakthroughs.
Can you prepare one of the videos in which you take a closer look at the excursion channels?
Start my channel in July 2024 it was growing. Then 2 weeks ago my channel died. So i double down and uploaded every day. But its just kept on dying. I will just keep on making my content because i like doing it.
I really enjoy your videos and the way you connect with your audience! I'm a fellow TH-camr, but my channel hasn't been doing as well as I hoped. Do you have any advice or tips for growing a channel and reaching more people? I'd truly appreciate your help! 🙂🤕
The closed captions have failed you.
Seriously THE BEST valuable information for creators! You truly are very talented at this! Im so happy i found you 2 weeks ago!!
I have a channel that is close to hitting 1000 subscribers but very far from the needed watch time to get monetized. The niche of that channel is not necessarily one that I want to continue long term. I find the subscribers that join that channel come from the niche that I wish to leave behind. Instead of rebranding I have decided to open a new channel and start from zero. Maybe this seems not very smart but it feels like the right thing to do. I have wanted to be successful on YT for over 10 years but somehow I always end up failing. I think I struggle with finding my place. I like many topics but I can't seem to figure out what niche to go with. Hopefully 2025 will be ther year I finally do it. Good luck to anyone starting their journey in 2025.
I booped as requested...... but then you did that terrible aussie accent, then i was tempted to remove it 😂😂 (i didnt though)
But you always provide solid info, sp you deserve the like.
Btw i have proof that the algorith has changed. Videos are no longer "tested" as i have a bucket load of content with zero views, both shorts and long form.
CC said "Brand KNOWS" 😂 No Nose, no Noes, but Knows
Ahh I didn’t think of that angle!
Woo new Nate video! Even though I'm not sure my channel is ever gonna grow ill keep watching your content I just enjoy it so much! Merry Christmas Nate!
Appreciate it, Merry Christmas to you too!🎄
Knows is the closed caption 3:40
would love for you to use my minecraft 100 speed video for your channel to roast!
It's me...I'm the person who refuses to Focus...
TH-cam considers me a Blog as my core identity, so I will continue to show all 582 of my Hobbies lol
I am far less money-driven than your typical audience though...
P.S. The Subtitles showed "Noes" as "Knows"
3:34 Auto-captioning actually does "Brand Knows"
I want to make my audience laugh and get excited and see badass action sequences (up the anti on my stunts) also i want more public interactions on the street with real people like that random man from norway who wanted to tell me about the gangs in norway using nunchucks. That was a hit.
S.O.L.I.D. Principles for TH-cam, I like it
Looks like my original comment got deleted, disappointing. :(
But, great video Nate!
I'd love to see videos on how to spark creativity when beginning a TH-cam channel. In terms of creating and editing the videos themselves, how to create attractive B-roll, etc.
Particularly for a blindy like myself, who finds it difficult to do visually creative things (naturally).
TH-cam has been doing weird things with my comments, too.
Small TH-cams, Let's Make 2025 The Year🎉
Thank you so much for your video! I had a question, about planning videos of different categories. My channel's theme is mainly feeling better, and my categories are : mental health, motivation/self accomplishment, nutrition and skincare. All of these themes have links because for me they create a sense of balance to feel truly good. But I was wondering if I should post like 5 videos about motivation, then 5 about nutrition, etc or do just one, and then one from another theme... Both solutions seem weird to me ? I just don't know if my audience expect one theme in particular
I really want the video on brand position.
Love this video. Used it for my own channel. Id love a roast if you ever do those again lol
Is that an LEGO chrysanthemum in the background?! I have the set but I haven't built it yet 😁
if you plan to do the planning of idea ... can you plan from a to z of a new video like flint video and you also show us the result even if it in extra channel or short
I guess we will never grow as we just record, edit and share! Having fun regardless😊 happy new year🎉🎉🎉
