Good information. Im going through protracted now. My symptoms are brain pressure and burning, pulsating head and Spine. Cant walk for long or stand up. Feels more like an injury. 12 months off. Can you heal? Too fast taper by Dr from sertraline 15 year use.

@@gimmesomethingtobelievein4275 there are many underlying factors that cause protracted withdrawal for so long
Mostly to do with your brain chemistry not adjusting, or maybe you have a toxic burden in your body. Most of our clients find out that the mercury levels in there body are causing them to feel bad all the time. This is why aiding your body and its natural detox pathways is important.
      Do you have amalgam fillings?
This is at least somewhere you can start. Specific Blood tests will reveal what your individual toxic burden may be.

Diet is another huge factor in our general wellbeing. If we are not getting the proper nutrients, we will feel it, you may be constantly inflamed in the gut , you won't feel good most of the time , you may put on a lot of weight , and generally harder and longer times digesting on top of feeling sluggish and crappy.
Also if we are deficient in minerals , we will have a harder time detoxing, and these free radicals in our body can wreak havoc on our mental wellbeing along with our physical wellbeing. I hope this helps.
