Nice. A typical low for tactic by Luis Enrique, stepping on the steps of his teacher, Frank Rijkaard. If you have a decent center at the opponent's team, which plays extremely close, then it's better not to use the typical CF, but drop lower and kepp the ball by advancing in the field, thus pushing the opponent back and strike with player advantage in the meso-attacking area, which means a longshot. This is what you followed. The difference that is important is that foul: you managed to get this foul and score, while Spain didn't get it. As the time passed, Italy got more and more compact, thus Spain had a serious problem to find spaces for free passes. Plus that Italy seemed not interested in advancing, especially when they got their goal. So, Luis Enrique was obliged to get in Morata to get the equaliser. Since you scored first from that foul, Italy was obliged to open up in the field, so it was easy to stay back, steal the ball and create chances again with longshots or invasions, specialty of Spanish players- with an invasion from Pedri came your second. So, that first goal was the important and shows the limitations of this formation, you can block effectively the opponent with tight man-to-man marks, as Luis Enrique did (especially that on Jorginho was absolutely important), but despite the pressure, it's difficult to break a tight defence, especially if the opponent is not willing to advance and strikes in counter. Superstar still cuz legend is locked still since new VR V3 install...it's still possible on Legend to dribble

@@SpoonyPizzas may be. But at legend level the CPU exactly knows when and where you are going to turn. So the CPU perfectly tackles you predetermined, even before you make a turn.
