I do not understand why anybody would cover up an accidental hit. It makes NO SENSE. Police calling it a homicide is telling for sure. An accident would have been used I’d think if the authorities thought it was one. The warrant says she was “pulled into” the car.
I’m from nyc when I lived in Nc I saw kids in backroads being able to drive and sometimes kids do it against most peoples will. They learn to drive early it’s opposite here

I was assuming the 13 year old was given Asha’s bookbag or told to get Rid of it .. not necessarily that rhe 13 year old put Asha in the car
