Now in the 2nd test after 3 months 0.48 Kya ye normal hai ya nhi

my wife is having prolactin level of 107 which is. considerably high.
she is taking cabergoline .25 mg for last 3 months. still her menstrual cycle is not regular and prolactin levels are significantly high.
we are planning for a baby now,how to proceed for that.
