Rich was years beyond most people…what an amazingly anointed writer and performer. He really DID sort of “go out like Alisha”…I hope to meet him in Heaven some day.
I just feel like Rich’s words and personality are just flying over the interviewer’s head. He just seems to get lost and frustrated at some of what Rich said - he didn’t realize what was in front of him.
I completely agree. Unfortunately, I think most of the interviews I've seen of Rich are like that. He had so much depth, but the interviewers either don't have time for that or are completely missing who he is. What a shame.
The interviewer is Gary McSpadden from GVB...GAITHER VOCAL BAND.Gary is also brother to Cheryl Kartsonakis,who is married to the great Pianist Dino Kartsonakis.Rich had massive insights and a depth about him that not many understood.I'm so grateful I embraced him and his music at the very beginning when he was writing for " Amy Grant."
I agree. I was actually looking on the comments to see if someone posted something to this effect. The interviewer (related to Dino or not) seems like someone Rich would struggle to connect with. Rich had such a depth.
I got the impression that Gary was bored and unimpressed at the beginning of this interview and didn't want to be there, but then it seemed like halfway through he started to "wake up" and realize that he was interviewing someone very special......
