Stihl TS350 cut off saw - Teardown / Case split.

In this video I tear down the Stihl Ts350 Super cut off saw with a good degree of difficulty. I used a flywheel puller and split the case open with a view to a fitter repair. The procedure would likely be the same for a Stihl 08 chainsaw.

I used a bit of heat to get the flywheel and pins off. Very useful video, thanks for posting.

I have a ts350 trying to rebuild it getting no spark at the moment im hoping its not the ignition coil because there quite expensive and hard to find wonder if you know have any info

Every TS350 I have worked on had a working ignition coil, I may have been lucky. Test for a spark with the kill switch in both positions as it can easily be reversed, also there is a spade connection at the reverse of the coil that may be corroded.

my god, you may hurt the parts, particularly the crankshaft , buy Stihl clutch removal. That tool can easily remove the clutch and flywheel. Or you can design and welder a DIY tool to complete the task.
