Love this house. The only things I would change is to make the laundry room a mud room & put the main laundry room upstairs and a small stackable w/d in the master bedroom closet. Also I would add fireplaces to family room, study and game room upstairs. Know its Florida, but even those decorative ones with the colored lights and no heat? Just for ambiance. Who doesn't love a fireplace! Also, screen those porches! Mosquitoes!

This is really nice like the floor plan. I wouldn't want my guest to be close to me lol . Everyone upstairs lol and if u get older no one has time to be going up all the stairs so the master is great on the first floor for those individuals.

Such a beautiful house but no screened in back porch in Florida.When we went to Disney World May 2019 the love bugs alone just about killed us.I couldn’t imagine living there during the love bug season with no screen in back porch and with all that water wow 😲

$700,000 is a great price for a house like this. Usually, it would cost $2 million and up. For God's sake, this house has an inner courtyard.
That was base price - so I guess things like paving, landscaping, window dressings, maybe even carpet and tiles etc would not be included. You could easily add another 500k there.

You are correct. The base price started in the 600's. It is closer to 1m with the pond lot and upgrades in the home.

Man you is have nice homes and I follow a few realeste person and you find a better price for location and weather and they are nice but do the furniture comes with it ?and keep up the good work I wish some of those design homes was in the Bahamas because some look like it is in the Bahamas so keep it up I'll continue to follow and tell persons and one more thing your videos don't be long and boring so keep it up

Hi Douglas, The price mentioned in the video is the base starting price without a pool. The Model home a has a lot of upgrades and will most likely sell over 1 Mil when they put it up for sale.

New build 6-7 months average. Could be up to 10 on larger homes with some builders. Finished homes 30-45 days if financed. 10 days to 30 on cash sales

That's not true.. it's simply a model and they never screen in the model. Drive around the neighborhood and everyone screens them in. You can't go outside at night without it here. Florida resident my whole life 😉
