That Moises Alou card was really interesting to me because I live in Salem Virginia and the former stadium (Kiwanis Field) is now my baseball team’s home field!
I think that’s about what to expect with those boxes it’s a gamble but usually the only hit could be pack pulls of rookies. They usually give you dollar Relic cards or autos. I’d Say unless you get them for a low price it’s not worth it. C minus D plus grade
Probably not going to find anything really great in these boxes, but there were a few rookies and a couple of other cards that are at least worth a few dollars. Also, I thought the 1950s card was just going to be some unknown player, so seeing the Williams card was a nice surprise. Overall, I think it was better than most of the mystery boxes I've seen open.
I think if packs were replaced, there'd probably be nothing but 88-91 garbage. What you received was fairly typical of these kinds of boxes. I don't think this was tampered with.
They are sometimes repackaged. I bought a box with random packs. It had 2016 chrome and I got 90 fleet in the packs. They buy repackaged and retail garbage
Because copyrights last for a number of years, the date of the copyright on the package does not necessarily reflect the year the product came out. Most of the time on boxes like these, they will only change the copyright date if there has been a total package redesign. So I do not believe this was a repackaged box.
I have just discovered your vids and thoroughly enjoy them, your true enthusiasm is awesome! and when you say you had pulled certain card when you were a kid and your pulling it again it seems you are just as excited now as you were probably then and too me thats whats so awesome about collecting cards! pulling that player you love or admire! For me it was pulling Ken Drydens rookie in 72 although I have not watched chronologically your vids are very enjoyable! keep em comin! thanks Bill in Canada!
I have a question why is everybody calling it searched and what does searched mean. Also are those packs with the autographed cards real or are they fake autographs?
I believe those boxes are searched bcuz if it was made in 2006 why theres a pack of 2015 contenders 2016 topps and donruss and that shrink wrapped looks suspicious.
So, was it worth the $80-$90 it is now going for on Ebay? I am seriously considering getting one. And just for the heck of it, I Googled Ron Hansen. The dude is STILL LIVING, although he is 82 now! Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Exactly, 80 cards in the set. A positive is that it is Ted Williams hitting and not fishing.

1959 Fleer Ted Williams -- Book value is $15......not a bad card for those types of boxes. Cool break. Thanks for sharing

Diesel Bubs44 people are referring to the packs in the box. Box is from 2006 and there are packs from 2015/16. Plus the shrink wrap is off

The one I bought had a Ted Williams graded as a manager other than that not much to speak of
