    In outer loadings my sub variable comes in relationship with higher model construct that means like
    JS1- JS will be 0.815
    And JS1-WH will be 0.910
    What can be the issue as I am getting 2 values for each lower model construct

    4:14 high level of correlation among items ensures convergent validity. is it create any multicolinearity pronblem?

      Your question is valid. We require high correlation in statements in one construct to achieve convergent validity but we require low correlation among constructs to avoid multi collinearity

    1. Pls Algoritm or Consist Pls Algortm
    2. Weight Scheme: Path or Factor
